I did an online order at this Kroger and it will be the last time. My order had green bananas that still ain't ripe, Bag of lemons that I have to throw out because half of them were rotten. Also, out of six oranges 3 were rotten in two days. Ned to learn how to pick fresh produce.

Terrible experience today. Most embarrassment ever. I tried to buy wine with perfectly valid Tennessee ID. I’m 72 yrs old by the way. I put 2 stars but one is for the store and 1 is for a good mgr; Cord. I have a love hate relationship with the store. I’ve spent thousands there. But because of certain folks there I hate it at times. I’m talking about Gwen. Today I met Jacob and will dislike him intensely forever. Cord however has been fantastic since day one.
I don’t know how to punish the store except don’t go. Don’t spend a cent there. Go to Walmart where unlike Jacob , they have , compared to him, a semblance of intelligence. I know! Unreal. I wouldn’t want to be described that way either, good luck with your life bud.

Virginia at self checkout was very very rude and condescending towards me and my boyfriend. We accidentally rung up our garlic wrong and so she went to go check the price and when she got back to the register, she said we were good to continue, and proceeded to slam on the screen and slam our tomatoes down to be weighed. She was not nice to others as well.

Nice store and would have rated higher if deli was better. Please teach them how to properly slice cold cuts or hire people that actually know what they are doing in the deli.

Older lady, real long hair, works self checkout this morning is extremely rude. This isn’t the first time either. She acted like I couldn’t read that one self checkout was down and yelled “doesn’t work!” Four times when I never even went to or aimed for that checkout. I scanned my items, DEBIT CARD OUT, at the next one she kept on “MAAM its no cash, no cash, NO CASH!” Like there wasn’t a sign on the register that said debit/credit only. I know she was talking to me as I was the ONLY ONE THERE at 6:30am. It’s opening it’s obvious her day has just begun and if it’s just started with that attitude it will be a long day for her and the customers. Just go to the W University one.Update: different day and same lady. Snatched my receipt as it was printing and threw it away. When I asked did she really just do that she said no, I was again the only person in here. I go to the trash and pull out my receipt proving she did in fact snatch and throw my receipt away before it was even cut from the machine. PLEASE do something about her.

Five-star review for Kroger in Jackson, TennesseeI recently had the best customer service experience at the Kroger in Jackson, Tennessee, thanks to a cashier named Taylor Owens. She was extremely sweet and friendly, and she made great conversation while I was checking out. She was also very thorough and efficient, and she made sure that I had everything I needed.I'm so grateful for Taylor's excellent customer service. She made my shopping experience at Kroger much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a friendly and efficient grocery shopping experience.Taylor at Kroger deserves a raise!I hope Taylor's boss sees this review and gives her the recognition she deserves. I do enjoy shopping at Kroger stores, but definitely NOT at this one. The place smells like bad fish!!!!! ???The seafood area is awful. Shame.
