Just got home from Stonebrook Kroger. I was in the self checkout. I had a problem with checking a cantelope and ask the lady for help. She seemed bothered and swiped her card and punched numbers. I tried again and it didn't help. Boy, she got ill about that. Swiped her card and punched the screen like she was meaning to break it. Then the little man beside me said he needed help. She told him he was going to just have to wait. She said "You don't have six people waiting on you" I was speechless! She was obviously mad. THEN two other walked up and stood there and she told them "ya'll are just going to have to wait!! White hair, blue vest. I apologized to the man. She needs to be fired.

Very disappointed with the bakery. Being told they couldn't do a baby shower cake the way I wanted because it would take too long to do the dots around the sides. This is after I waited around for an hour for the "decorator" to be off lunch for them to tell me plain out "I don't have time for that". But I could choose from what they have in a book for them to do. Even though the shower was over a week away. I said okay nevermind. Walmart is now doing it for us and it's even cheaper than what I was willing to pay at Kroger. Kroger's loss.

I went to this Kroger this evening. I can barely walk with a cane and I was confused with the COVID 19 entrance when I walked up to the front of the store. A young black man, who was a Kroger employee, was walking by me. I asked him about the entrance. He immediately said, "Let me move these baskets and make a way for you." It was the kindest thing he did for me and, although I didn't get his name, I hope Kroger knows what a great young man they have working for them. I had just gone to Lowe's yesterday and had to leave because they told me I had to walk way around and wouldn't let me enter the garden department even though there was a way in way more than 6 feet from everyone. Thank you Kroger employee for treating me so kindly in this crazy time where others don't seem to care. It meant so much to me.

The placement of ‘nutritional’ products in a ‘special’ area is not efficient - all versions of ‘snacks’ should be together - all versions of ‘milk’ or ‘cheese’ should be together

The last few times I've gone the card reader won't take my card. Lynnwood krogers always work. But I work 2nd shift. So I have to shop at Walmart

Very poor customer service from Billy the night clerk. I was shocked by his rudeness and his profanity.

We went to have our daughters cake made and we was pleasantly surprised at how it ended up looking compared to the stock image. They put more detail into it.

I swear every time I go in there's only one bag person and it's the same sweet guy every time, he always offers to help with my groceries. There's another good one but you always have him in the parking lot gettin carts. The past 4 times the cashier has had to bag the groceries with me helping them. This needs to stop. You're constantly out of your big sellers and have rotten produce on display. Honestly you'd save your reputation and money by selling this space and just having people go to the improved and expanded location. This one is a joke and clearly needs a complete revamp or a shut down.
