Erica, the sole employee working in that 159 N Star, Jackson, TN location, was professional, very skilled, and pleasant. The only reason why this isn't 5 stars is because there is no client bathroom, and there was no receptionist. Erica was flawless.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Michelle. She was very nice and got right to me. I had no issues getting in and getting things done. She gave me all the instructions step by step and everything was smooth. Facility was really clean and everything was easy.
