I would not recommend them for anything. Very outdated system. To do anything substantial you have to into a branch instead of getting it done online.I had to take time off to go in for a heloc application which I should have been able to do online. B.moore is who I saw and despite my excellent credit score he wanted to talk to me like a child and put excessive stipulations on the payout. I was approved, but then canceled that day unwilling to allow them to micro manage the funds.I would not recommend dealing with Brandon at the Oilfield road branch. This guy guy is incapable of returning a phone call.

The worst bank as a whole iv dealt with so far bank Tennessee is just as bad no after hours lines and all 4 times I've set up automatic payments that aren't going through this branch I'm typing this on directed me to useless app that they shut that down to on me so what now

I truly appreciate Leaders Credit Union. Mrs.Kathy Anderson went above and beyond to help me with all of my needs on today. She was patient, kind, and even listened to my story about how I got my name from my dad. I just want her to know that she is amazing and I pray an abundant of blessings over her life. ❤️

I've never had a bad experience with this place until recently when I called to make an inquiry. The woman I spoke with was most condescending and actually hung up on me when I was trying to get some basic information. If the call was indeed 'recorded for training purposes' then I hope the manager listens to it to see how rude she was and I hope she is reprimanded.

When I first began banking here in the late 90's LCU truly had a small town bank feel. After a couple of recent transactions with LCU I decided to open an account with a competitor and move my business there. I won't be specific, but after 25 years I decided to change financial institutions. Follow your intuition and do what makes you happy.

Love the professional, friendly atmosphere of all Leaders Credit Union I have been to but must point out Amanda Beller at the Oil Well location, she went above and beyond to help me when my account was wrongfully charged and assisted me until I got answers and the account fixed! I was very upset and she went out of her way to help the entire situation!

Our experience with Leaders has been absolutely perfect. We got a car loan through them and worked with Becky Henry. I have no idea why we waited so long to join Leaders, as their service has been exceptional and they made the car buying process so seamless. Although they recommend GAP insurance, warranties and etc., they are not pushy like many car dealerships. Becky was so professional and responded so quickly to everything. Looking forward to future opportunities to work with Leaders!

Even with the proactive approach from my family, our recent experience with this branch and loan officer Priddy was extremely poor, and it is no surprise that racial disparities in the mortgage market have not declined in the last four decades. Throughout this process my family expected the loan officer to have comprehensive knowledge of the process and industry best practices, rules, and regulations. We were essentially providing information to the loan officer the entire time and taking initiative to clear certain areas that we were certain he would provide direction on. In addition, the communication during this process was terrible, and I’ve heard other locals express the same frustration but don’t want to leave a review. We will not be using this bank again, nor will we recommend to future homebuyer applicants.

I went to this credit union after my bank was bought out by Simmons and I had terrible experiences with the new bank. I wish I'd made the jump sooner honestly! Leaders has been an absolute excellent experience 100 times over, I actually don't mind calling my bank or going in!
