Employees are always friendly and very helpful, with specific praise for incredible customer service where staff walk customers to find items and go above and beyond to assist, making customers feel valued. It is a place for all lumber needs and everything you need to shop for, typically providing a good experience. However, some customers report that the website is slow and frustrating. The experience with self-checkout has also prompted some to consider a different, more customer-oriented shopping experience. Despite these points, many highly recommend shopping there.
Jalen Brayden and denisna are the most knowledgeable folks at Lowe’s without them the place would go bankrupt. Very professional and very helpful at all they do. Hire 2 more just like them and you can get rid of the ones that do nothing but twiddle their thumbs!
