I like going to Lowe's to get all my building supplies and appliances. This past week I stopped by one of my Lowe's store that I shop in to put in a order because I knew that the other store wouldn't have what I needed. So I sat down with the gentleman for over an hour to put in my order. Now me thinking that since I put at that store that my order would come from there, but nope, it went to the other store. Now the difference from these stores to my house is only 10 miles, so why send my order to the other store. And on top of that, they didn't fill the order completely from the original store. I can't blame the gentleman who sat down with me for the order being sent to the other store, but I do blame him for not doing his job to make sure everything was on my order. I thought you would trust them to check and double check to make sure everything was right before they hit send, I guess I was wrong!!

I bought a lever handle doorknob. Easier to open than a twist type. The associate rekeyed the lock to match the other lock on my door so I only have one key for all my locks. They do this at no charge when you purchase the lock from Lowes. It only took a few minutes. Great job, very satisfied.
