Don't EVER try to return something to this store. You'd get your money back out of just selling it yourself probably! I went to return $21 jeans and was told at first that it'd be "instant", which it wasn't. Then, they took all of my money off of my card and tried to refund that only for me to get $7.70 back! She told me I'd get my $21 plus my $14 back on my card and did I? HELL NO I DIDN'T! LITERALLY SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT HERE!!!

I like going here and browsing their food and cooking supplies, as they have items that is not commonplace at other such stores.

I went to Marshall’s on Thursday December 26th. I stood in line for at least 20-25 minutes with a Christmas Tree bag (to store Christmas tree in). The bags were with the Christmas decorations with a sign that said 50% off. When I got ready to check out with it, I was told it was not on sale. It was with the Christmas stuff! The checkout person was a little rude. I don’t think non- sale items and sale items should be put together and I don’t think worker’s should be rude!

Came in after work to try and get some jeans. Was ready to buy six pair and was told to eat close their dressing room at 8 pm. Meanwhile the store doesn’t close until 930 and there are four employees standing and laughing. Exactly why can’t one of them let people in?? Not everyone is free during the day to shop.

This is the most positive atmosphere in retail , every time I’ve entered the store I’m always greeted with welcome to Marshall’s & if I’m looking for something particular there’s someone to guide me to the right place every one is friendly and helpful always smiling & full of positive energy , it’s always nice to be reminded that you’re a valued customer. Thank you to the amazing team that shows me I’m not just another customer but a person .& Kimberly is awesome thank you, I do appreciate the hard work you all put together to help make this store a joy to shop in . And the prices are great!!!!!! There’s nothing like having a great place to shop .

Plenty of parking. Handicap parking and entrance to store. Store is always clean with helpful and friendly employees. Great selection in shoes, makeup, Name brand purses, exercise clothes for Women , Men, Juniors, Girls, Boys and infants. Also has home goods such as bedding, bathroom things, kitchen utensils , organization things etc. Great prices and great sales.

I ALWAYS LOVE going into Marshalls because their inventory is constantly changing! There are so many different items for everything from home goods to clothing to dog treats. It's kind of like a treasure hunt each time!! You never know what you might find! Usually, it's a great price ALREADY... EVEN BEFORE they put it on a further sale!
