I'm not sure who i can call to brag about this girl!! There's beautiful young woman that works at this location, named Lilly. Ya'll, when i tell you Lilly is the SWEETEST thing. She was great. My wife and I recently went into the Jackson store to revamp my wardrobe, and Lilly took her time and was SO sweet the entire time. I had to go back the next day because I fell in love with a shirt and i needed it in the other colors, and she gabe me the little 12 days of Christmas jewelry box. She's amazing. I'm going to be bringing her a little Christmas present. Thank you Lilly. Because what Lilly doesn't know is that my current wardrobe was mo longer making me happy, I had just lost some weight.. but my clothes not fitting was effecting my depression bad. She didn't know that I walked in feeling sad, but I walked out feeling THE MOST BEAUTIFUL I personally have ever felt in my life. Thank you, Lilly ♥️

How do you not acknowledge a shopper coming into your store? I was the only one in the place and 2 employees (including what looked like a manager) both stood at the registers in the middle of the store. They did not speak 1 word to me. I will not spend my money in a store where employees can not be bothered to even great their costumers!! I have worked retail my whole life, this is unacceptable!

The staff was not friendly and the Dyersburg location has a better selection and better prices.

My favorite clothing store. I can always find what I am looking for. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. Love this store. They have great sales also.

this is by far the worst possible store, they all just sit up at the front desk and talk and do not assist to others, on top of that 2 blonde workers had a strong odor of weed with glassy eyes!

I came to the shop and there were 2 co workers in a white prius smoking weed that smelled the whole parking lot. never will i ever go back there or recommend this place to any family members, or friends. wish there was a 0 star review because i would put that instead.

No greeting.No asking if I needed assistance.No offering of a dressing room even though my hands were full of clothing.Three workers just chit chatting at the register.Walked out of dressing room, no “Did anything work for you?”No thank you come again.Horrible service.Store also looked a mess and every dressing room had tons of clothing in it with names written on the door and weren’t being used by customer.

If you are shopping for clothes or shoes that are not where you would find in every store, this is the place to go.It is not a big store but they have a great variety and good prices.Friendly and helpful associates!
