They suck my girl went for a oil change came out with something wrong with her motor they didn't put her parts in fully things we're loose coming out of it and all she did was get an oil change they took advantage of her and I should and still is thinking about lawsuit for what they did to her its not fair and whoever takes their car there beware I would try to find someone that truly has your needs in mind and won't rush to get you out of there awful place to take your car for anything l.

Tell them to check one specific thing and they pretty much do what they want. I have no proof, but I believe they tampered with my vehicle causing it to run differently from when I brought it in. Definitely want return, especially how everything is priced high. Never ever paid $580+ for a rear rotor replacement. Ridiculous ‼️

Customer service was decent but pricey asf. I got my brakes changed and the one and biggest redemption is the brake pads have a lifetime warranty

Horrible place to go to and over priced. I went in for a wheel alignment which I never got. mechanic and store manager tried to lie to me telling me my caliper was leaking brake fluid when there was nothing wrong at all with it. They undid my screw and made it leak on purpose. They also tried to over charge a lady 150.00 just to change her light bulb. Do not go to this place for car repair u will be ripped off. Some other lady went in for tire rotation they wouldn't do it because her tires didn't have enough tread most likely they were trying to get her to buy new tires. Nora who works at the desk has a smart mouth very disrespectful. Shop manager is a thief over charging people They will be sued for price gauging.

Charge us literally 600$ for one wheel bearing which was also not fitted properly and our car again got a problem middle way 😒😒😒😒😒

I had a 9am appointment it was close to 11 when they got done I was told they dropped my oil but didn’t have the filter needed so they had one being brought by uber had me late to my destination

I drove all the way from Dyersburg to Jackson because they are the best. I didn’t have money on me and my car was acting up months ago and they willingly helped with a smile. So I drive down and will continue coming to friendly, caring and they do an EXCELLENT job. 5 star service

They were busy when i arrived but managed to get me in and out with an oil change pretty quickly. The young man that performed my oil change was very nice and professional when he handed me my keys! Been there several times, and will return when needed.
