Bought a device a pet tracker only for it not to work had it trouble shot by metro only to be told to take it back to store ..tried to return to store but was told no refunds no exchanges tried several times to get replaced but was met with hostility and was told by manager (Hunter) he will definently not be make an exchange due to the complaint i made against him ..called made another complaint only to be called back and told he would exchange when he get another one never heard back no care no consern ..have been calling metro everyday for...6months make it right already...well back to making my
complaints..thanx for the hard time sense Dec. It is now june 16th still no new pet tracker thanx to Chrtistian and The manager..I havent forgot you stole from me made a deal tried to call and change are deal nope sorry hold you to our original deal..keep it! Its now August 2020 and these assholes still havent replaced the broken pet tracker they sold me ...Dec. 20th 2019 ..here we are in Sept 19th 2020 and still these ass holes still haven't made it right your a bunch of acumbags..here we are Nov. 2020 and still will not honor the metro promise ..I'm still calling in making complaints..almost a year later..june. 29th 2021 still have not made things right..thanx moe.. it's 2022 still nothing from this place still trying to replace my pet tracker ..you sold me a broken one then would not replace it..just take care of your customers ..Oct. 20th 2022 and they still do not care about there customers.2023 still no care or concern from owner there just like the rest of the businesses in Jackson Tn. They don't care about there customers so do not give them your money..wow so many years later and still No Resolve from store ..after they said they would make It right but never did...Oct. 28th 2023 and still No Resolve on my pet tracker..sold me an item that did not work and refused my money back ..basically stole my money..Update 2024 still havent givin me my replacement pet tracker just stole my item i bought ..and never returned or replaced...straight up stole from me....100%..okay so i bought it here and know your not responsable know ...lol your a thief snd know a liar..give me mu device back 2024. I will give you a week to return my pet tracker I've tried to be nice but you keep fighting me on the issue it was this store that owes me my new pet tracker..return my device you theif..

Horrible store they don't even fix the issue. The whole company in general is despicable. Run away from this company. They are the worst phone company next to AT&T that I've ever had.

Nobody with this company on the same page. Promotions are just a plot to get your money. Equipment is faulty customer service will tell you one thing but the stores will tell you something totally different. T mobile made a big mistake merging with metro. The only place you can get 4 devices for the price of one and none of them last a month. Don't believe in your insurance because you still end up paying full price.

Let me tell you... I drove 225 miles to get a particular deal with Metro PCS. Mohammad and Ermila were fantastic and treated me like I was family. So get on down there and get your new phone...tell them Kentucky sent you.
