Kristin the only lady whom works in the store with the black hair has a horrible attitude. And the manager whomever his name is, were very uncomfortable to deal with today all over a misunderstanding that Kristin made a very human mistake and miscounted my money and got very defensive. Long story short I left the store only for ms. Kristin to call me saying her manager recounted her drawer and in fact was over $20. She did NOT apologize yet instead remained very hostile with me lol all over her mistake

These clowns add insurance intentionally after you tell them over and over not too. I called T-Mobile and reported them and they took it off my next months bill. Just beware of this type of business!

Bought a device a pet tracker only for it not to work had it trouble shot by metro only to be told to take it back to store ..tried to return to store but was told no refunds no exchanges tried several times to get replaced but was met with hostility and was told by manager (Hunter) he will definently not be make an exchange due to the complaint i made against him ..called made another complaint only to be called back and told he would exchange when he get another one never heard back no care no consern ..have been calling metro everyday sense ...6months make it right already...well back to making my complaints..thank for the hard time sense Dec. It is now june 16th still no new pet tracker thanx to Chrtistian and The manager..I havent forgot you stole from me made a deal tried to call and change are deal nope sorry hold you to our original deal..keep it!

Although I live 2 hours away I called this Metro store being the closest one and the manager, Hunter, proved to be one of the most exemplary employees I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I had a barrage of questions for him entailing my Amazon Prime account, switching back to Metro PCS, and countless other horrifying managerial questions. He was good-natured, cordial and handled and answered every question flawlessly the first time. Top-rate store.

Sense i cant leave a review with customer care i will just leave it right here..have had very bad service sense the 19th of july i have called over 100 times and put in over 30 hrs to try and resolve ive been disrespected ,hung up on ,lied to ive bought a new phone ..but still have bad service..ive even filed over 15 tickets but still nothing back from metro..no call back or text..METRO HAS NO CARE FOR THERE CUSTOMERS STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED ISSUE AFTER 4 WEEKS ..BUT YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY ..

This is the 1st time every in my life .I've went to a Cell Service Retailer. And was Helped as soon as I walked in. I mean. GREAT,GREAT,GREAT Service. And the Manager. (Mr. Jordan.) Was very Professional. And knew everything about every phone. Answer every Question. Very impressive. If you need a Phone. That's the Place to Go. Tell them Zeus Wynn sent you. Lol.
