I had some serious doubts about doing business with this place within the first 15 minutes of introduction. If this particular job could've been done anywhere else in the same timeframe I would've left. I had an appointment at 9AM and was let in but put on off saying the part hasn't arrived yet so it was impossible to start the work. After waiting in the lobby and observing a very busy business man with little or no communication for about an hour and a half I was informed they could start an install on my vehicle, finally. The work itself was visually appealing and functional but as I was leaving I noticed that whatever they had done had knocked out my personally installed aftermarket radio and set-up. I let the guy know and he promptly brought me back in to inspect and had the issue resolved in around 30 minutes. With the amount of money I spent you'd think customer interaction would be a little better but at the very least I'm happy my install functions properly.

Customer service is excellent the owner is an amazing man. I would not take my car anywhere else for the proper installation and sounds in my vehicle. I love my Camaro even more after going here. Thank you!

is there anything lower than 1 star? Absolutely disgusting customer service....waved his hand and told us to go find somewhere else.....had me waiting almost an hour with an appointment when 0 people were there with no communication.....DO NOT RECOMMEND

Poor install. Exposed wires.. Door chine going through amp. Extremely over priced. Never again.. Installees had an attitude.. Never toing back. EWould not refer anyone to this place.

The owner wants you to wear a mask even though he doesn't wear his correctly. My overall impression is they aren't very organized. How they are the people to go to for the interlock is kind of ridiculous to me. They may install a sound system like nobody's business but our visit wasn't the most positive.

This place wants you to wear a mask that I don't have. Probably about a $300 sale they lost.
