It sucked for the simple fact. My state ID from Ohio would not scan so I was denied on buying a pack of cigarettes, and the Murphy’s employee was so rude. She couldn’t tell me to my face that she could not sell me a pack of cigarettes she said it to a shelf Not to my face and it’s the Murphy in South Jackson Tennessee

My husband was in there today and this employee was rude to him because his card wouldn't go through, he had another card but she snatched his stuff up and had an attitude with him, she didn't have a name tag nor Murphy shirt which is policy, I managed there but quit due to the previous District manager. Murphy USA in Jackson TN 38301 has went downhill horribly and needs new employees.

I can't say that I've had many pleasant experiences at gas stations, but this one surely was. Although they were busy, they still had time to help me quickly wipe up a spill from my icee with a smile.

No longer accept WalMart gift cards. Combined with how difficult it is to get in and out of, I won't be coming back anymore. It used to be the o ly place I'd buy fuel, but that's over.

There is not enough room at the fuel islands. Congested and people will back in and block you from being able to leave.

Rude employees. And the gas set up is terrible! I won’t go back. I’d rather spend $1.00 more for a gallon then to deal with their employees.

It's really hard to justify a higher rating. The remodel of this station was necessary. Although, it is my opinion that the planning and execution of the remodel were way below sufficient to be considered effective. It seems that, to an average person such as myself, much of the problems as a result of the remodel could have been greatly reduced by simply turning the structure 90⁰. Of course, that would mean that the thru traffic would be cut off at that point. Though most traffic going through that area is usually trying to fuel up anyway. It would have also achieved reasonably safe parking for patrons to approach and enter the new convenience store.Aside from the remodel issues: the staff are always pleasant and helpful. I do enjoy the new concessions inside. Well worth a drop-in. Just be careful so as not to get run over trying to do so.

This place is really hard to get into if you are coming off of HWY 45S. I know theirs other ways to get in there but dang. Plus try having all the pumps opened up when someone comes by to fill up.
