“Jesse kindly assessed a situation that had concerned us on our road trip from California. He did some diagnosing, determined the issue was not urgent , explained the issue to us, told us how to manage the issue on our return trip. He was very professional, polite and explained everything to us. And he would not take payment for his time!! We would definitely recommend his shop should diagnostics be needed. He was very reassuring!”
“I've used this shop for about 3-4 years for oil changes and tires. They've always done the work needed and completed it quickly. I always supply the oil and filters and that's what has been used each time(I seriously doubt the other review claiming they did otherwise). They've saved me an alignment job when a dealer told me it was needed(turns out the Mazda dealer couldn't balance tires). I hadn't been in for months and they recognized me as soon as I walked in. Good folks, happy to continue using their service.”

“Broke down on the way to Upstate NY near Jackson, TN. Spencer was able to get us in with our 2015 Duramax with a failed fuel pump at 92k miles. They worked quick and was thorough. They did admit to damaging the radiator but they were able to source a new one and have it installed before we got there. They gave us a deadline and they worked hard to make that deadline. The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish, they had a big job knocked out in 2 days. The injectors and all the fuel system had to be replaced. Kudos to this shop for making it happen for us!!”
“I’m always sketched by mechanics, the gentleman working today offered me sound advice for pre-sale purchase of a vehicle, the bad things always get documented but this gentleman’s generosity went a long way and his trustworthy advice offered to me, out of the goodness of his character. “Excellent service, I took my car there thinking it was the alternator. I even told them it was tested won't say the name of the company that tested it, I got a phone call from the Tech. and he informed me it was the battery. Could have went another way. Had my brakes done there earlier this year awesome service every time.”
