Awesome manager! Clean & organized store. Friendly staff. The cutest animals! My daughter got her a teddy bear hamster from here. They also have ferrets, guinea pigs, etc.

The lady that got our fish out for us was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She took time and effort helping my children pick out the fish they wanted and got "the best ones" out of the tanks for each of them. Fish seem healthy and tanks are clean. Cashier was also very helpful and friendly.

I only went in for a quick minute before heading out of town back home. I was looking for Guinea pigs and hamsters, but I couldn't find them. It's a nice place.

I am only giving 5 stars due to the employee that was working when I went in. There were only 2 people scheduled in the morning, and one was at lunch. And there were quite a few people in the store at that time. The only employee was running the register, then when it was empty she ran back with me to get me some fish. She asked the groomers if they could keep an eye on the register til she got back. She got me the fish I wanted, then as we walked back up, answered several other customers questions. Then, when we got up front there were like 8-10 people in line cause the groomers did not keep an eye on the register. She jumped back on the register, and got several people taken care of an apologized for their wait. Then, when the one on her lunch got back, she also jumped on a register, she was also great, and they got the line knocked out very quickly. And when I left they both were still working hard with smiles on their faces. If it wasn't for their hard work and positive attitude, my overall experience would've been much worse. And since they were so great I am not going to hurt them by giving them a lower review for what was the companies failures, and not theirs.

Always have a long wait waiting to check out, ring the squeaky toy several times and still have to wait like 7-8 minutes & nobody's around to help you find items in the store.

Petco has awesome sales on tanks but I haven't been able to buy fish for a very long time. Everytime I go in either the fish section is closed or I can't find anyone to help me.

Absolutely atrocious. From the smell that smacks you in the face when the doors open to the poor condition of the cages and aquariums. I can’t believe the care or lack thereof.
