Went in to look at getting a parakeet which they had a few that I wanted but didn't get any (sad face for me), and when I went to get some help, an older man was a bit rude to my husband and I but the yound lady that helped me apologized for his actions and answered all my questions. Asked me if there was anything else she could do, told me that if I decided to come back and get the sweet bird, that if she is there, she would be very willing to help and she thanked me for comin in and told me to have a great day and welcomed me back in. If I was able to give this place a 4.5 I would. Not a 5 star due to the rude man but definitely will go back to the bird very very soon.

This location barely have any employees and you will have to wait 20 to 30 minutes if you need fish or anything that require them to get.

Not a friendly place for animals or ppl the service wasn't good the groomer did everything I said not to do she cut my dog private part half of his tail was missing and the manager wasn't friendly I talk to him about it but nothing was done he thought I wanted a discount only but found out I could pay fill price for bad service the groomers don't know nothing about cutting dogs or caring for them I don't understand how they got the job as a groomer

Set outside almost an hour for curbside service before someone called to tell me they didn't do curbside after dark. Then I went in, and the associate said that I could have pulled up in front of the door and called in. Products were great, but the wait was aggravating.

So this company advertises they can groom cats, we took our cat dropped her off and 15 mins later get a call saying my cat is stressed they can’t resume the hair cut, I mean what cat isn’t stressed when u groom them? Got her back like this….

I recently visited this location seeking guidance on flea medication for a medium-sized dog. Unfortunately, the gentleman who assisted me that day provided exceptionally poor customer service, which was not consistent with my previous experiences at this location. Initially, he was hesitant to provide assistance, and I had to explicitly request his help. He then escorted me to a locked display case, showed me a product, but failed to address my inquiries about the item. Rather than seeking support from a colleague to answer my questions, he chose to abandon our interaction, proceeded to a nearby register, and began consuming a beverage from a mug. I verbally expressed my disappointment, stating that he was no longer assisting me, to which he responded by walking away. As I was accompanied by my disabled uncle, I informed him that this establishment had previously been a preferred destination but that we would be taking our business elsewhere due to the subpar service. I then returned the product to the lady at the first register, explaining that her colleague had refused to assist me in finding the correct product to meet my needs.

1st time having my Goldendoodle groomed at this location. Extraordinarily pleased with the results. Brittany N. did just what I asked, even tweaked my request a bit and my boy Chief was one handsome dood when I picked him up! All the grooming staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return ?

Grooming appointments here are a joke. Staff is not organized and do not do what you pay for. Paid $100 and my dog and she was shedding more when i picked her up than when i dropped her off. She was still soaking wet, she didn’t get her nails trimmed or paw pads treated, she didn’t get teeth brushed that was paid for, didn’t get the bow that was paid for. WOULD NEVER GET GROOMING SERVICES FROM HERE!!!!

When I visited this store, the first thing I noticed was cold water fish mixed in with tropical fish right off the bat! The tanks were in bad condition, a lot of the fish look sick and a lot of dead just floating everywhere. The manager retrieving the fish at the time looked at me and as i was ready to say what i wanted and walked right past ignoring me for someone else. He was rude to me and rude to his coworker as well right in front of me. Overall I would not recommend this store to anyone it's borderline animal cruelty.
