“Was frustrated becuz I couldn't get a much needed med. I called Baker's, they said they did have enuf in stock for a 30 day supply. The unnamed Pharmacy was supposed to call Baker's and transfer the prescription. Needless to say, I waited an hour, went to Baker's and no one had called to transfer it to Baker's. The young lady who waited on me, called the pharmacy, got my info and filled my prescription while I waited. Kuddos to Baker's Pharmacy!?? Going over & beyond your regular duties. I appreciate that.”

I especially like shopping online and taking advantage of monthly sales ("Instant Savings"). Customer service is hit or miss. Disposable shopping bags are not provided, so bring your own reusable ones!”

“While I was out of state, I ended up getting sick on a work assignment. TeleMed called the prescription in, but the store did not have it. The pharmacist went out of his way to check to see if Sam’s Club might have it. They did not, he checked the local area for a pharmacy and who had the prescription. He Faxed it over to them and I was able to pick it up. This guy went above what I expected. Especially when you’re sick, you don’t really want to be taken through the wringer. Thanks”

The store was really clean. The guys in the seafood dept. were having a meeting but kindly sent someone to help me. Lots of great choices. The site definitely reminded of RALPHS dtla!

The store is always clean . Very seldom do I have to move through stockers carts while shopping. No other stores give products based on your shopping history to learn what you like. The Walmart Billionaire’s attitude Ive found to be quite different. Fuel Points HELLO. Kroger works hard for my business. So they will get it everytime.”
“I went to this Kroger this evening. I can barely walk with a cane and I was confused with the COVID 19 entrance when I walked up to the front of the store. A young black man, who was a Kroger employee, was walking by me. I asked him about the entrance. He immediately said, "Let me move these baskets and make a way for you." It was the kindest thing he did for me and, although I didn't get his name, I hope Kroger knows what a great young man they have working for them. I had just gone to Lowe's yesterday and had to leave because they told me I had to walk way around and wouldn't let me enter the garden department even though there was a way in way more than 6 feet from everyone. Thank you Kroger employee for treating me so kindly in this crazy time where others don't seem to care. It meant so much to me.”

He was having some trouble breathing and when the dr didn’t send the prescription for the machine needed to administer his medicine they looked everywhere and found one for me. And when I almost couldn’t afford the medication they found me coupon's. I will never go anywhere else these ladies are my hero’s!!”
