Wouldn’t recommend going in there unless you know he has exactly what you want. Because you can not touch stuff unless you are buying it. As someone just learning to play the guitar. It was not a good experience for me. I will never set foot in this establishment again or recommend it to anyone.

Decent store, I do wish they carried more left handed guitars other than a cheap acoustic and a cheap strat knockoff like every other store. and didn't have any in stock on time off arrival and are limited to what can be ordered. Not the best but not bad for a quick look if you can't find anything anywhere else.

Multiple times we have come to the store at 11 to get new guitar strings to find the doors locked, and waited at least 10 minutes for someone to show up to open, but no one ever came.

Get rid of the guy with the nasty dreads. Would not let us in without a mask and last i checked there was no mask mandate in the state of tennessee. Continued to shake his head as if he was annoyed. Just lost a customer that has been going for years

I bought my first acoustic guitar here. I was 15 and got a fender squire. I am 33 now and bought all my strings here and both my electric along with all my pads for them over the years. Never had a bad experience most these reviews I've read sound like they came from some entitled snowflakes. Stop crying everytime someone tells you like it is or to follow shop rules. Only thing I would change is putting their inventory they have on the website.

Excellent customer service!Mom and I were looking for a guitar to buy dad.There was only one employee there so he had a lot of customers to attend to. But he gave us his undivided attention and advice.Very pleased with the selection and customer service.Thanks!

I'm new to Jackson. I've been looking for a "home" music store.I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend PM Music, not in the least.Hmmm... I wonder how long a music store can remain in business when it chases off good-paying customers? I guess we'll see.I recommend that you take your business to Pop's Music (or elsewhere). Pop's isn't far from PM. On multiple occassions, I have made purchases from Pop's. The owners at Pop's music were always professional, friendly, nice, and offered a very warm welcome. They might even open the door for you when you come/go, as they have done for me!I bought a great bass and a nice bass amplifier from Pop's. Go to Pop's!

I'm shocked that some reviews have complained about "dred" guy. I think people judge him before he even speaks. He was really nice and didn't want me to leave. He seemed to really enjoy talking with me. I went in looking a particular guitar. Something in the 3/4 for travel. They had just the one in that I'd been looking at online! (Luna safari koa supreme) They it at just the price they run for online as well. He let me try several with no problem and I even asked him to play between another one and the one I was getting so I could hear them from a listener perspective. He gladly did. I bought my purchase and then we discussed how well fender had improved their squier affinity line. Would have stayed longer but my family was out in the car.Here is my guitar after I got her home that night!

I just went in to purchase a product and was yelled at and cussed out for not having a mask , not only did he not have any to provide if he was asking for to yell at the customers. What a way for “Customer satisfaction “ will never step foot in this place ever again!!!!! 1000% do not recommend to shop at !!!!!!

I walked into the store and the employee asked what I’m looking for. I told him that I didn’t want to buy anything, but that I wanted to see what they have. I looked the guitars and picked one up, plugged it in, and started playing. I played for around 2 minutes and he watched me the whole time. In a break of my playing he asked if I was going to buy it, I said no, so he came over and turned the amp off, saying something about not wanting to wear out the tubes, and walked away shaking his head in frustration. I left immediately. He made it very clear I was not wanted there. Definitely the rudest guitar store employee I’ve dealt with. I won’t be coming back.
