Alex didn’t say much but his work speaks for itself! He gave me a fantastic pedicure with a massage that was very appreciated by this pregnant woman. I’m also loving my manicure!

me & my boyfriend have been here before, this time we were getting our toes done. the lady that did his nails kept smiling at him & she knew i was his girlfriend because he specifically told her, then she came back & showed him a picture of her. & pulled her hair down out of ponytail & hat & shook her hair. i don't know what she was trying to get from that. not to mention she was MARRIED it was very inappropriate & very disrespectful when you literally know he has a girlfriend right beside him. if we come back we will not be using her!! so disgusting

$257 for 2 mani pedi's (with 10% off) I'm only giving one star because a manager tried helping me! I'm absolutely shocked at the experience i had there today. If i didn't have a child with me i would've SNAPPED! After repeatedly telling Juan the man who did my nails, they were too chunky, messy, uneven and i just wasn't happy, he was so rude! Kept yanking my hand after the fact of me telling him i was unhappy. My nails looked AWFUL. The manager did stop what she was doing and repainted my nails for me. She was very nice and apologized! Overall, the service was awful. It was gross! Very expensive, and just an overall terrible visit. I will NEVER recommend, or go back to this place!

Spent $58 on a gel pedicure that took 15 minutes. He rushed the entire thing just to go sit behind a booth on his phone when he was done. He filed my toe nails way too short. It must be rocket science to know that if there's no white part of the nail growing, then maybe you shouldn't file it. It hurts. The same day that I got them done, the gel on one of my toes peeled up and came off. He also didn't put a primer or base coat on my toes. So go figure that it peeled up.I do my own gel toes all the time. This is EXACTLY why I do NOT go out to get them done. I just wanted to spend time with my mom.Extremely disappointed in the service I received. Maybe don't rush your customers just to go sit on your phone when you're done.

Worst pedicure of my life. Was seated 30 min after my appointment. Got the "express pedicure" how ever this is more like a polish change. With a damp towel. This took $15 min. I paid $5 extra for cuticles because that wasn't a part of the pedicure. No scrub at all despite the listing, no lotion, and they bent my friends slides back instead of just putting their flip flops for pedicures on. THEY DIDNT EVEN FILE MY TOES. THEY'RE LITERALLY CUT AT A SLANT. I can't believe people go here regularly.

I have had my nails done for years. Not sure if this nail tech was busy or just extremely new. He kept saying your busy I'll hurry. I was not busy and not in a hurry and I told him this. I did ask how long the wait as my husband dropped me off to run a few errands. He never hand buffed my nailed after her did the fill. He never said to wash my hands after he filled my nails. He never asked if I wanted square or round or wanted them cut down. He only put nivia on one hand ???? Again I have had my nails done for years. I asked for OPI Cajun shrimp gel. Not sure what I got. I think I went under the light once each hand. He never used alcohol to reduce the sticky spots. I had to ask him to file at the end because the nails were so rough. I actually came home and put a clear coat over my thumb because it looked like a clumpy mess. I came in around 100pm and sat to the right second chair from the end. Lexington doesn't have a lot of salons but I will never come here again. Total waist of 45.00. I typically tip very well. But not this time. Again not new at getting my nails done and you salon is usually a pleasant experience.

Really dissatisfied with the entire visit. From getting a broken chair to lukewarm water in the foot basin to waiting in lukewarm water for 20 mins for the tech arrive. Then rather than use acetone on my toes she uses an efile. My daughter's chair was also broke.. We paid for hot rock massage and even the rocks were barely warm. They cussed in front of customers about being busy. There was absolutely nothing relaxing about this visit. Total waste of money. Don't waste your time or money. If I could give no stars I would. After 2 hours my polish still wasn’t dry due to old cheap polish they are using.
