Horrible experience for my wife. We carry our vehicles there so they are the last ones to change her oil. They are always trying to sale something extra. This time they stated she was missing her air filter which they must have thrown away or not put back in the vehicle last time. Be ware when you go here. We will not return.

The techs are very nice and accommodating, but nearly $100 for an oil change is outrageous. The bulk oil is less than $20. If they did a complete inside and outside detail and oil change for $100, that may be worth it. I will start looking elsewhere.
