Went to the store for a refund for my items that was purchased from another store. I paid with my debit card which I knew I could get cash back if I used us debit but the manager at this store told me I could not get cash back because on my receipt says visa that is not true I was a former employee at the store I know the return policy she said i could not get not get cash back I had to swipe my debit card for the refund. She was rude to tell me I don’t know what I was talking about. Rainbow has horrible customer service i will not never shop at this store again

Absolutely horrible customer service! The tone from the employees was uncalled for. And the help lol wait what help. Way to start off a conversation with "first off your size is over there why are you on this side of the store?" And then after asking if there was a dressing room was told with a laugh,"does it look like we have a dressing room lol." Wow lady just wow. Corporate get your staff under control.

Store had tons of clothing options but no fitting rooms to try stuff on. Hella rude and ghetto you ask me. Don’t go here if you like trying on your clothes

The general manager as of 4/26/2024 is extremely disrespectful and a termagant.
The way she talks to not only the associates but customers is repulsive.
I came in looking for a dress for my child to wear and a kind associate helped me with finding the dress and also recommendations that was in the store.
I returned the dress for a full refund not even 30 minutes later. I can not see myself giving my buisness to an establishment that hired a general manager that treated the associates and customers so poorly.
My initial interaction with the general manager, I was not in the store for 10 minutes. She looked the associate in her face and said, "Who is this?" In a snarky and vindictive tone.
I promptly stated that I was a customer and she did not greet, acknowledge, or even look my way.
The line was getting long and the general manager called out to the associate that continued helping me and said, " Associate's Name, come over here, you helped her enough!" She kept going on about why I didn't need help anymore until the associate walked over there.
There was two other women in the establishment that was putting clothes on racks and the other doing a dual job of greeting and what looked to be tagging clothes.
This general manager had time to be on her phone. She aslo had time to walk off twice when I was in the line to purchase and return the dress. The line was more than 5 people each time.
I have no idea why this woman is a nasty harpy. I have not been inside this establishment for over a year and it looks like it will be another few years before I go back, if I go back.

Very slow and does not greet when you come in. Felt like they were constantly looking at you like you were stealing when you are just coming in to shop and enjoy your shopping experience. Not very friendly. The only one that was kind was the person on the cash register that held my clothes when I had to leave to go to the restroom. She had 4+ people in line and all the other sales associates did not help. There was no way to try on clothes since fitting rooms were closed due to so much theft which one of the sales associates told me. The manager watched everyone from the door as people walked in and out to make sure no one was stealing. This was the worse customer service I have seen in a long time.

literally was told to "distance" myself from my DAUGHTER!! Then the associate goes to another employee and talk about me like I'm stupid. No sweetheart, you were the dumb one in this scenario. My daughter is too young to "distance" herself from me in public. No sweetheart, I do not appreciate you only saying something to me when their were literally 3 other people doing the same thing!! I am just thankful that I was able to maintain my class and not say exactly what I wanted to say!! Then, the associate expects my child to go to the register by herself?!? Are you insane?? SHE IS A CHILD!! This crap has gone way too far!! I do not recommend this place at ALL!!
Dare I pull the race card?! Nah, I'm not like that!!
