I have been a regions customer for over 30 years (before it was Regions) and the main branch at 423 N. Parkway is awesome. the staff is easy to work with and they do whatever they can to assist the customers.

We will see how this goes. I'm not from Jackson. But they have closed the regions near me. The next closest is awful and the one next to that is even worse. So I'm traveling well over an hour over some crappy online stuff. I'm so sick of the never ending nonsense with this bank. I will be closing my account. I constantly get alerts for my cards being used in areas km clearly not in and have to dispute those. It's obviously I'm not in Florida. But yet my cards being 'used' there. It's bullshit crap. So then I get my card locked so I can't even use it on my phone to use for my child's YouTube. This place is a joke! I do not recommend regions to anyone. At all! I never got the sign up bonus nor did my dad for the referral. It's just a crappy bank and crappy employees so far. Here's to hoping for better people tomorrow!

I have been using REGIONS BANK for about 4 or 5 years now. The truth is that they have always treated me with kindness and precision... even though my visits have only been for cash deposits or withdrawals... I have always been well attended to at the Jackson TN branches.

Claim to be western union but they are not they use a third party and charge 6 times as much as other western union locations. No good for western union money order or services

My experience this time was good. But last when I came in there with a personal 10,000 dollar it was a problem then don't them blacks have that kind of money.

Regions has been my bank since 1994. Over the years I have gone to Regions for various needs from a checking account to financial structuring for my future. I appreciate that Regions will reach out to remind me that it's time to restructure. I don't have to keep up with expiring products or searching for better rates. It's nice to have a partnership in my financial affairs. Several locations have been my 'home' bank at different times when my beaten path changes. No matter which branch I go to, they all feel like my home bank and I feel like I'm known as a long time customer. Once, something critically important happened and Regions called me right away about it. Under the circumstances a bank would be unlikely to make such a call but that call spared me from a huge problem. I am so grateful that my financial adviser had truly heard me when I spoke about certain things months earlier. This is one of the many reasons that I will always bank with Regions. I can trust them to look out for my best interests. I'm at an age when life can suddenly get sketchy and I had advised my daughter about what to do if I'm not making sound financial decisions. I hadn't even thought about it any further but today my advisor suggested and implemented a legal path to that means. That's what I'm saying about how well Regions takes care of my needs.

Regions bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They have hidden fees that they don't tell you about or even advertise. I used them about 6 years ago and had really bad experiences. They have not gotten any better. I highly recommend that you change banks or use a different bank. Very sad
