All of my experiences with Regions have been positive. Most of the people recognize me by name. The staff is professional, courteous, and efficient. They are always making me aware of their products and services whenever I speak with someone over the phone or in person.

I love this location, it’s my favorite regions in Jackson. The 2 ATM’s are a real time saver and the employees are very friendly and always satisfy my needs, especially Georgia, she knows exactly what I need and is very knowledgeable. I drive past 4 other regions banks just to go to this location.

I opened a new account at Regions when I moved to Jackson. The staff was knowledgeable , helpful, and very friendly! I would recommend this bank to all newcomers and any member of the community in the Jackson area!

I will never return to this bank location. A couple of months ago I went inside the bank to order checks. I went to the window first but was told that I need to speak to someone at the desks. Everyone was helping a customer and there were two older women also waiting, so I took a seat. After finishing with a customer, Candace proceeded to ask if the older women need assistance. Zachary had finished helping his customer. Then he walked in and out of his office a couple of times to finish some tasks I guess. He made eye contact with me a couple times so I know that he saw me. At that point, I’ve been patiently waiting for about 30 mins. Then an older gentleman arrived behind me. About 10 more minutes goes by and Zachary proceeds to ask the gentleman behind me if he can help him. He just completely skipped over me even though he clearly saw me sitting there for about 40 mins. At this point, I’m highly upset but patiently waiting until Candace finishes.After Candace finishes with the two older women, I stand up and wait for her to finish typing. (Thinking that once she finishes, she will ask if she can assist me like she asked the older women). She never asks… Then a guy comes from his corner office and ask for her help. They leave me standing there and goes back to his office. Literally I’m the only customer left. Zachary had finished with the older man and after still seeing me there clearly upset, he asks how he can assist me. It’s been almost an hour. Buying the checks only took 5 mins. He apologized for the wait and gave me his card so that “I can call ahead of time and they can assist me”. At this point I’m so over it, but I kept my composure.What was the reason for them to blatantly skip over me? It felt discriminatory and I was infuriated. Especially because I had plans that I had to get to that evening. I’ve been going back and forth on whether to leave this review because I never do this. But this incident has been bothering me ever since. That Regions location has been my bank since I was in High School, but I will not be returning.

The bank itself and staffs are excellent, and nice people, and they deserve 5 stars. I have worked with this Region branch for a couple years and everyone is so nice, except one bank teller.I gave two stars because of a teller name M. I don't think I have done anything wrong or disrespected her at all, but she is showing some attitude to me. I came to this Region branch to deposit a check and withdraw some cash. M wasn't not so bad with the deposit, but she did not ask if I wanted to deposit to the checking or saving. I, then, ask if we could deposit to saving account, politely. She replied "I assumed you wanted to deposit to checking", shaking her head. I told her I also wanted withdraw some cash. She shaked her head second time. I was totally lost, what was wrong?I came another time to make some changes to other bills, and here was M again. She showed that she was uncomfortable with me. I was lost again, why was she having this attitude while I was politely asking for bank service from her? I am a customer of Region bank, and I am not asking for anything out of Region bank's service.

This is one of my favorite local branches. I come here for larger cash withdrawls or deposits for two reasons. The locations of the ATMS feel safer and there are two options plus a night deposit. The inside tellers here have always been helpful even when I have had issues with another branch location locally. Downsides include a few nosey tellers that like to make loud transactions. Privacy is a big part of trusting a bank, this is one reason I have considered leaving this bank as a whole but have been a patron in goodnstanding for many years through them and however tempted, haven't made the complete switch yet.

The African-American woman working the drive-thru today is always giving me problems. One time I tried to cash a $1,400 check and she tried to charge me $20 when I know y'all charge $14 because I cashed the same check a week before. Another time I tried to cash a $500 check and she tried to charge me $10. Been using Regions Bank for quite some time now and I know they always charge 1% from minimum $5 to $20 max. I never have any problems with anyone else nor any other Regions but only when I'm at her window. Very disrespectful!

This is NOT this branches fault!. We were victims of fraud and we reported it. Regions has shut our account of 7 years down as of this morning. It was no fault of our own and it makes zero sense why they would do this. Gage and Josh? Had worked with us on this matter and really helped us out big time for that I'm grateful!. I can say though that when we opened our new account at another bank they were dumbfounded as to why this would happen and assured us that if this issue ever came up with them that in no way shape or form would they close our account. Thank you to this branch for the help but as far as the corporate regions goes...Well ya'll are horrible and NOT a help at all.
