The staff at Robinson Toyota of Jackson are very friendly but beware if you are a single woman do not do business on your own They will take advantage of you {I feel they pushed me into buying a vehicle which I brought back with little to no miles} they took a lot of my money I got a more expensive vehicle I reached out to the manager he said I shouldn't have signed the contract Toyota will not return my calls

Big shoutout to the rental department at Toyota Jackson. I’ve been doing rentals for a very long time with Toyota now (3 years). And I have not had a bad experience at all. Nathan is the nicest person to do business with. And I am always satisfied. He has never disappointed me. And he works with your schedule and would help in any kind of way! I love renting from Toyota and they will forever be my rental place!!

These dudes are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I worked with Chuck, Hunter, Carl, Larry and Randall. Couldn't have had a better or more straightforward experience! Before I talked to the guys at Robinson, I drove from Knoxville to ATL in order to look at the same car (2021 Avalon Hybrid). That ATL Toyota dealership was so rude and didn't seem like they cared one bit to land my business. I walked out of there empty-handed after 2 hours, my entire day wasted traveling for no reason, and I was so upset. I could see that Robinson had the same car I wanted (rare to find them for sale). And I got ahold of Chuck the next day. He was so nice, talked to me about delivery options right off (ATL wouldn't even talk delivery details until all the paperwork was signed off), and he had someone call me right away. I was really leery from previous interactions with dealerships over the years, but these dudes couldn't have been easier to work with or more honest. And Larry and Randall drove 12 hours round trip to deliver my car right to my door! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!! I will totally be back to take a look at inventory when I need another car. Thank you for being kind and honest people to do business with. Hard to find these days. Appreciate y'all!!

He’s always friendly, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate how he goes above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of and that I understand what’s being done.
Every visit feels like part of the “WOW” customer experience — quick, honest, and smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Vince if you want someone who truly cares about great service.

I purchased my new 2025 4Runner sport premium in Heritage blue online from this dealership. I live almost 5 hours away in another state, and made the purchase without seeing the 4Runner in person. From the initial inquiry, to the final purchase, these folks went above expectations for ensuring a smooth transaction.
Photos were sent, questions were answered, and they were in constant communication with me from day one until delivery.
If you live in or near Jackson, you are fortunate to have such an awesome Toyota dealership close to home!

My recent service appointment was unlike any other. Shortly after dropping off my C-HR I received an inspection video from my technician. He was under my car, showing AND explaining everything as he was doing it. (I've never had a dealership or repair shop do this!) He informed me about my vehicle without trying to upsell products/services. Their complete transparency and no pressure approach made this a great experience. Great until we signed the papers. Make sure you have everything promised before you sign! Such as extra set of keys as promised papers to buy your tags. DO NOT CALL THEM. Return calls are never returned . Go to the business. Just to give you some pointer what to do when purchasing from them! Seen lots of other reviews about phone calls. Which I had read before purchasing my vehicle. Please read I love my car but the title clerk absolutely under no circumstances will return phone calls. My temp tag expired 2 months before I was able to get my tag and he/she never bothered to return calls or help at all.

2 years ago I was sold a Nissan Murano. I'm female and elderly. This vehicle ran great for awhile. Now the air compressor went out last year and my car is hardly drivable due to who knows what. I have had regular maintenance done on this vehicle. I had a test done that said it was the mass air flow sensor . Put 3 on it and it's not that. They took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Now I'm terrified to drive anywhere because of the stalling and low idling! The anti lock brake system ligh keeps coming on. The check engine light is on. I paid over 12K for this vehicle. Shame on you Hunter and Robinson Toyota

These people are good at scamming. It took me a few years to realize that the oil change I wasn’t supposed to pay for that I was supposed to get discount for, they added back on. I paid for another oil change on a rav 4 that I was not supposed to pay for. I paid maintenance fee on that car of $4k and one on my highlander for $5k. Each got 3 oil changes for those prices. I think I need to talk to someone about this. As far as start stop technology, I hate it. I don’t want to trade it to start payments all over again. As much as I feel I got took, I don’t think I should have to pay for remote start to be added. I don’t care for the app start that you got to pay a subscription for.
