Worst experience EVER!!!!! Cashier was extremely RUDE i understand they probably work all day but that’s not customers fault I spend $500 and she didn’t even gave me enough bags to pack all the stuff she was throwing everything we bought, so disappointed about her attitude I wish I could rate 0 STARS

Who was the man working the cash register tonight? He deserves the "slowest cashier in the west" award! It took 35 MINUTES until he called another cashier over. The 4 people in front of us did not have more than a few items in their carts, nor did they give him any trouble when it came time for payment. When we finally made it to the front of the line, HE LEFT!
This ross store was very clean and organized but every time we visit, it's a nightmare at check out.

Every time we go things seem very picked over and the store is really dirty. Not my favorite Ross by any means.

Found what we were looking for at good prices but the lines are always so long in this store that your feet hurt by the time you get to the counter. I counted at least eight check stands but only 3 were open. They definitely need more help and the store could be cleaned up. Tripping over stuff in the aisles and crap falling down. I don't think they ever sweep.

Great deals in this place but severely understaffed. We waited in line for 20 minutes halfway into the store but not because of the cashier's lack of effort.

Somedays they could use more cashiers. Probably need more help with stocking products also.

Nice place to shop, but have to wait in long lines a lot of times. Sometimes only one person at the register, need more help for sure. Restroom is usually dirty also
