Great customer service on our pickup!After a long, drawn-out, horrible ordeal with R+L Carriers, I was nervous about getting our damaged product sent back to receive our $250 refund. Saia Trucking showed up to pick up the package not only on-time but without any issues at all! The driver was cordial and professional and the customer service on the phone was also the same. Refreshing after everything we had previously went through with a different carrier.
