I scheduled (online) an appointment for the 75,000-mile service for my Silverado, and upon arrival, the service technician (who was less than enthusiastic about their job) asked if I needed an oil change, to which I informed him that I had scheduled service online. Upon completion of the service, I looked and all that was performed was an oil and filter change. This is the second time that the fully requested service has not been performed and the last time that I will be taking my vehicle to Serra Chevrolet for service. I have had such positive experiences with other Chevrolet Dealership performing service (Decatur, AL / Cincinnati, OH), but Serra is certainly the outlier in a negative way.

My family and I were in transit from Texas when our car broke down. The following morning we had our GMC towed to this location. Immediately upon arrival our car was serviced and was ready by the end of the day. We received A+ service and appreciate the timeliness of it all.

We initially just came to look at vehicles. Ended up buying a 2023 Kia sorento. Answered every question we had, very friendly staff, and worked quickly to get us taken care of. This makes our second purchase from Serra Kia of Jackson.

Double check your math and when I got to finance they slipped 3k on the back end of the deal so I walked out because they would not honor the deal. Then one week later I still don’t have the 1000k I put down to hold the car. No car and no money. They just wasted more of my time! This sale will cost them more than just mine. Treat your women customers better. Stand behind your paper deal that computer just slipped 3k on the deal and no deal if you don’t pay. This is a first! Shop your add on also and don’t use their mark ups.

Brian Russell was professional, friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the products and styles available. He personall accessed our needs and promptly responded and ensured we got the best deal for our trade in. Mike the Manager and the Jason the Credit manager were very friendly and we definitely will be referring Serra to our friends. We are very happy with our Equinox and appreciate the extra mile they took to get our vehicle ready and delivered as promised.

Our dealer representative was very nice and friendly and very helpful. So was the financial rep. They made the whole process very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Serra Chevrolet to anyone needing a new vehicle. I absolutely love my new Equinox.

I got an oil change, the lady that hands your keys back was chatting with coworkers and became distracted. I finally went out to the shop to ask if my truck was done yet and they told me that it’s been done for a while. I went in to ask the lady behind the desk and she told me herself that the keys had been with her and my truck has been ready for about twenty minutes. I’m baffled by her incompetence. She offered no apology, and acted like this was normal. I let no less than three other employees in that area know about what had happened and the only response I got was to go let the receptionist know that she’d messed up. I didn’t come there to reprimand people.

1 star for the car actually being good quality. However, You make the car buying process a nightmare with all the lies and awful excuses. Here's your warning, if you want to be laughed at or belittled because you know what you are talking about when purchasing a car, Serra is the place to go (NOT)! Luckily they had 'The' car or I would have gone elsewhere. P.s. always make sure you have financing before going to the dealership as a backup option. Make sure you ask to see the call sheet from the bank as well. Most of the time, they are adding points to your interest rate so they get a bigger kickback from the financing bank. I also learned Friday that if one bank offers you a 9% interest rate (even with their points added) they aren't going to offer you the best rate they have been offered. We negotiated rates on Friday and the best they could offer was 11.89%... I asked for the call sheet to be sent to me and low and behold they sent me a new rate offering 11.49% (side note, this call sheet was time stamped AFTER he gave me the 11.89%)... Wow, what savings! When I went to the financing office he (Johnathan Cox) let it slip a bank offered less than a 10%, but with his 2.5 point leverage it wasn't a better deal for me in the end ?. So therefore he wasn't going to sell me the car because that affected his commission. We showed up Saturday to talk to the sales manager to figure out why the finance manager wouldnt let us purchase a car with the best interest rate we were offered? Well Shucks!!! He wanted to get right on it and see what was going on... Super helpful right!? You would think so! Of course he came back with an even better rate this time! But, to get this rate, I needed to increase my term from 36 months to 48 months...? Keep in mind that we are putting $10,000 down on a $20k car. I've lost count of all the ???'s at this point, but I do notice that the time stamp for this call sheet from Leaders was BEFORE they even submitted and presented me with the 11.89% interest rate ??? yall!!! Needless to say, by the time we left the dealership, there were no big smiles nor an invite back (even if the feeling is mutual). Be aware out here! Car salesmen are not your friends! This has been posted to all of their facebook pages in which they keep removing the tags to and blocking people for good honest reviews. Keep that in mind when looking at reviews. If you are only seeing the positive, somethings wrong... If you have made it this far, thanks for coming to my rant!

Logan was the best salesman! I traded my SS Camaro for a beautiful smooth 2023 Buick Envision ST. He was patient and knowledgeable about the SUVs I drove and chose from. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Dylan was amazing! I bought out of state and had to fly to Tennessee and Dylan made the process effortless. I was in and out in no time. Dylan also helped secure a great deal on the car as well! The rest of the team was super friendly and welcoming as well!

My family and myself have bought vehicles here for years. I used to recommend people to them, but The last vehicle I bought salesperson did not supply me with what they promised. Now when I go in for a tire rotation they can no longer do it due to my tire size. These are the same tires that came on the jeep and the last three services they did it wasn’t a problem until now. I will not be back for a service and possibly my next vehicle. I hate to slam them but the last couple of years it’s not the same place.
