We stopped for some Chester’s Chicken. Normally it’s so good but this place has it over cooked and using very old grease. I couldn’t even keep it on my car the smell was horrible!
Such a shame this shell station is giving Chester’s a bad name

This isn’t the first time I’ve seen food so old it can be hurtful to customers. I’ve found this and there was a moldy muffin a while back. They either know and don’t care or they don’t know because they aren’t doing rounds around the items to make sure they’re still good.
One man behind the counter and another lady was just sitting at a table.

On a cross country road trip, stopped here to fill up before I began my second leg. I absent-mindedly locked my keys in the car. While Kelli couldn't help me herself, she was gracious enough to let me use their phone and look up the AAA number. Customer service is on point. Thank you.

New owners raised the prices to unreasonable levels and got rid of all the great long time employees. The owner's relative at the register keeps offering discounts if I pay in cash. Stealing from the business or skirting taxes? Who knows.

Edit: tried them again in June 2022.Me: "Ma'am, did you know none of the drinks have prices displayed?"Lady in a shell shirt: "yeah, thats just the way gas stations are."Me: [dumbfounded].She didn't seem to care. Took our business elsewhere.======The pumps scream a bunch of junk at you with no discernable way to silence them. Beyond that, its just a regular gas station, no reason to use this one.

Pumps readers can take several tries before they work. Car wash does not have a functional card reader but you can pay inside and receive a code. Hopefully they allow this purchase from the pump as it reduces one more step for corporate cards.
