They charge you whatever they feel like. I normally catch it but I have missed it twice now and bought the same things once was for 13 and some change this time it was 11 and some change and normally it is 8 dollars and change when I pay attention.

We got gas at this station and they took all our money from our account and can’t get any answers on how to get our money back so I’m writing this for other people to be aware of this situation and the worker who answered the phone was extremely obnoxious and did not want to help with our issues at all hung up on us twice

If the lights are all on, pumps working and the door is locked. That's ridiculous and aggravating as it can be. It was 330am, the open sign was on but no one in the store. I needed a drink and a few other things. This location is supposed to be 24hrs, why was it locked up at 330am?

That kid that works there seems a lot nicer lately. He WAS kind of impatient all the time like he didn’t like me, like he didn’t like me cuz I changed my mind or was indecisive. Being me sucks sometimes but patience (specially with old folks) is a virtue right? Thanks, choose nice all the time ,ok?

I had an encounter with the very rude and obnoxious owner one day. I would not recommend anyone patronizing this Shell service station ever. Again the owner is very rude and very obnoxious.

Locally owned business. Treats their employees and customers great. Free fountain drinks and coffee for concealed carry permits.Staff always friendly and willing to help with anything within reason.Angus beef, Cheddar, and also Jalapeno Cheddar full beef Frank's. Free bag of ice with purchase of 2litre soda and also 12pack beer/soda.Even the air machine takes dollar bills so you don't have to fool with change.Always four different kinds of coffee as well. Cappuccino machine with 3 flavors. Fountain machine also has 3 different flavor shots to add to your drink.Store ALWAYS smells clean when you walk in. Staff cleans the entire place multiple times a day.Cleanest store Period in Jackson TN

In the middle of a pandemic. I go into store this morning and no mask signs on any windows and the 2 employees in there are not wearing a mask. I ask them why they are not wearing one, they stated the owner told them they did not need one. I do hope he understands it is a Mandate in Madison county that all business even privately owned need to follow the Health Dept regulations and all employees are to wear a mask while working. So I asked for the owner or corp number which both employees refused and said they have no way to reach him and just laughed at me. I will never use this gas staion again even after the pandemic is over. This is a company who does not care about it's community well being. That is a shame!

Tonight I was verbally assaulted by the manager at this location because I didnt know that lottery tickets were cash only here. After withdrawing $ from the ATM and was paying for the ticket, I suggested that they put up a sign on the plexiglass or tell people "cash only" BEFORE pulling the lottery ticket. The manager heard this and came over to argue "They dont have time to tell that to 3k people a day." I told him he didnt have to be rude, then he called me an ugly b**** and told me never to come back! This guy need psychiatric help and definitely doesnt belong in customer service!!!
