Brian, the assistant manager offered stellar customer service and was very helpful. The manager however, Doug, although he seemed nice enough didn’t wear a mask the entire time I was there. And then had the audacity to brag about it with another unmasked customer. I just don’t under how people are SO RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC!! Masks aster state mandated and I’m sure Sherwin Williams company policy as well...DO BETTER!

I knew nothing about paint but I bought a new house. I went to Lowe’s & Home Depot and they were going to charge me $205 for the 5 gallon Color I wanted (light grey). I then stopped at sherwin Williams and a manger Doug or Dave (not sure which name) came and helped me out. He gave me the utensils, Color matched perfectly, put primer in it, and my 5 gallon paint, all for *lol I will not tell the price* but just know it was ALOT better than what I was going to pay. Did I mention, it only took one coat of the Extreme Coverage all around my house. I saved a lot of money and for a lot of help . I will be shopping with them again.

Dont know why anyone would use this store the service is horrible products are grossly over priced and the staff is ignorant. Never have the product you're looking for and tell me a 20+ yr painter that they can't tint glazing, I'll be taking my bussiness to ppg from now on.
