Poor service experience. Damaged my camper during warranty repairs and wasn't told about it until I questioned why parts looked different. Returned the unit 3 times for repairs to same item and unsatisfactory every time. Now making my own arrangements to have the unit returned to the manufacturer for reliable repairs. No interest in making the situation right other than keep trying to repair the same thing. Now have a camper that is unusable and has potential water damage.
Trying to think of what would justify anything more than 1 star, but I cant. Definitely get your RV repaired or serviced somewhere else.

Let me just give y’all a little taste of why it’s so important to shop small.
Our water froze last night. SOLID. I called and searched everywhere this morning for a heated water hose and everyone either did not carry them or were out of stock. I was doing everything I could not to have to go to camping world.
I called A&L and they did not have any in stock but said they had some ordered. He took my number down and said he would give me a call back.
On my way into town I have to pass A&L so I thought I would give it one more shot before going to camping world.
They indeed did not have a hose in stock but the sales manager Chris let me borrow his personal hose until they could get some in. Yall he did this without a guarentee that I would buy from them. He did it without asking me to leave collateral with them to ensure I would bring the (very expensive) hose back.
THIS is how you show people the love of Jesus and today I saw Jesus at A&L. Thank you guys for making it a little easier on this mama today!

Renee is wonderful, she made us feel like we were at home. We drove 2 hours to pick up our unit and as soon as we got there she offered my girls ice cream and lunch, a puzzle and music while we waited.

Wes Crawford was also very thorough and knowledgeable in our walk through of the entire camper! So impressed with our entire experience! We left with all questions answered and confident in our purchase!

We had a 26’ Grand Design RV camper and decided to upgrade a bit. After finding what we wanted on the A&L RV Sales website we made an appointment to see it first hand. From walking in the door, to signing on the dotted line, we were treated respectfully, with all questions answered, and every detail addressed. Our salesman, Brandon, was particularly helpful. I was surprised that he inspected our camper choice before our appointment making sure the slides were open and the air was on. We were even given great suggestions of where to camp! Highly recommend A&L RV Sales and salesman Brandon.
