I had my first head spa from Tammy and it was amazing!!! It was so relaxing. The environment was calming and a nice escape after a busy week. Tammy is so professional and makes you feel comfortable. I can’t wait to try more of her services. Definitely recommend going to see Tammy at Spa Vita :)

One of the Most Relaxing Experiences I’ve Ever Had
I recently treated myself to a head spa session, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming—soft lighting, subtle essential oils in the air, and soothing music in the background.
But the highlight? The massage. It was a perfect balance of therapeutic pressure and gentle strokes, focusing not just on the scalp but also the neck, shoulders, and temples. I genuinely drifted into a meditative state. By the end, my hair felt cleaner than ever, and I felt mentally reset—like a mini retreat for the mind and body.
I left the spa not only looking better but feeling lighter and more grounded.

This is a little oasis in the city of Jackson. Spa is beautiful and the staff are outstanding. Had a massage with Ty and it was one of the best ever. Great spot to relax and unwind!!

Y'all, I had an excellent experience with aesthetician, Tammy Johnson. She completed a facial massage and derma planning and whewww my skin has never felt better. The facial massage was so relaxing I could literally feel tension melting away. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The derma planning left my skin feeling incredibly smooth and gave me such a fresh glowing look.
She was gentle, professional and explained each step of the process. It is obvious she truly cares about her clients and their skin. You can tell she's very passionate about what she does. I highly recommend her services!
