Walked in and my regular hairdresser was on vacation. Taken back in under 10 minutes. Never used this lady before showed her a picture an asked could she do this. She responded yes I do that style a lot. I’m not easy to please. When she was done it looked just like the picture. She was very nice and did awesome.

I am very happy with my experience! I appreciate being able to check in online. When I got to the salon at my scheduled time, there was no wait. My stylist Candice was fast and friendly and professional. She did what I asked, which is very important to me. The price for the haircut was amazing. I will return!

I have had my hair cut at SuperCuts many times in the past and have been satisfied with the haircut. The back of my head looked great. However, one side of my head was cut shorter than the otherside. I had to ask the lady to blow dry my hair since it was laying down flat and hanging on my forehead. She blowed dried my hair to the opposite of the side I had come into the store with. The hot air was definitely hot. I asked her if she had even looked at my haircut when I first came in. I was ready to pay and leave. Very unsatisfied.
I would like someone experienced like Ms. Jill who has cut my hair in the past to re-cut my hair and try to make it look decent enough to not have to wear a hat out in public.
