waited an entire hour in that salon with no services done at all. They were not busy with only one person in a pedicure chair and one at a nail table. All I wanted was a gel polish change, no pedicure. The male worker went to lunch and came back and was about to start on SOMEONE ELSE NEW WHO WALKED IN after I was promised to be next in line. I was there from 11:59am to 12:55p on a Thursday when they only had two people in the whole salon, not a busy day at all. Get ridiculous. Ive never experienced such a thing. I will not be returning, nor will my family nor friends.

Went in for dip powder with French tips. The young lady was nice as well as her work. But the pricing and longevity is terrible. The charge for what they call a detailed French tip which look regular to me, was $25. My nails have been finished for 24hrs and the polish is chipping already. Definitely disappointed in the service.

Came in to get my dip removed and a new dip color done. I loved that I didn't have to wait (it was a Thursday afternoon) and the woman who did my nails was very nice. I also really loved the color and but unfortunately my beautiful nails only lasted 1 day before they started to chip. After less than a week and I had to get my nails redone because 6 of them have chipped off. Not at all what I was expecting when I pay $50 for a service! The dip I had on my nails when I came in was 3 weeks old and so strong that my nails felt indestructible. This new set seemed very weak from the start and I don't think enough coats of product were applied. They may be great at some services but I cannot recommend them if you are interested in dip.

Pam and i went this morning and it was fabulous. TLC is spotlessly clean and organized. We were Greeted by Kim the owners daughter how spoke perfect English and we very sweet. Kim asked us if it was our first time and we said yes. Kim then began to tell us about the the place and explained all the pricing and where to find all the options that are available.
We just moved here 30 days ago, and have not had a pedicure in 5 months. With all the packing and selling the house and buying the house here our feet were in very bad shape. Our toes were done by Kim and her mom the owner Sara.
I have got to say that this was the best pedicure I have had in 15 years, and we love pedicures and have had 100's. The pedicures took about an hour and they were very Through. The massage and dealing with my ingrown's and Pam's Crack they were gentle but did what was needed to be done.
We will go back again next month,

BEST STAFF EVER !! I came in as a walk in client today just needing a massage and it was the BEST experience. Le took very good care of me he was attentive and cared about the pain I was feeling in my feet. I work for the post office He did so well I even asked for a hand massage and he was AMAZING ! If you come you won’t regret

I walked in wanting my overlay removed and redone. The young lady (I forgot to get her name) removed the botched up overlay that I had on my nails and convinced me to get my toes done. She knew the assignment and got me the results that I wanted.

1st time to visit and was 100% satisfied. So kind and friendly. Did a great job. Recommend the volcano spa pedicure and the nails were great! This will be my only nail salon.

Got my nails done Wednesday it’s Friday and they already chipping and the white is turning brown after 3 hours to get full set and pedicure cuz only one person working horrible experience and I have to go on a cruise like this I will never go bck

Absolutely amazing, everyone was so nice and friendly. I've had my nails done so many places over the past 10 years and this is by far the best set I've ever received. Between the amazing customer service and the overall job I could not be happier to finally have a salon that I trust. I can be pretty picky but everything was perfect down to the shape and feel of the nails. I've never had a service I could not slightly critic or change a small thing until now. I highly recommend this salon to everyone and thank you again for the most amazing manicure and pedicure!!!

I really enjoyed Kim. She did amazing on my manicure and my toes turned out so cute! The only thing I wish was different was a more intense foot massage for my pedicure, it was more of just putting lotion on my legs
