Anthony Parson delivered just what he promised. My Highlander needed spark plugs changed and after getting quotes from another local service he was able to come in for less money and made good in his service time as well. We have used Robinson in the past for regular services and will continue to give them the opportunity for our business.

As a rule I avoid dealer service like the plague. That said, my 2003 4Runner had electrical ghosts and needed what we believed to be in need of a full computer reset, so I brought it into this dealer.Original impression was great. Friendly, clean, efficient. And the showroom, WOW! Basically a Toyota museum. Spectacular display,My service advisor, Mark, was solid. Honest and very helpful. The service advisors here changed my view on the position, it's actually very useful with the right people.First diagnosis was; computer reprogram and throttle body. That was replaced. It turned out to be wrong diagnosis, BUT...this vehicle was throwing 6 different codes and dropping into limp mode. I knew it wasn't going to be an easy fix.Second diagnosis was; The main computer, and $1150.00 part! After some ranting on my part, the service manager intervened and told me I'd only pay the difference between throttle body repair and computer replacement. This was reasonable. I was also stuck 70 miles away from where I was staying. They generously helped me out there too.The next 8 days were not fun. After ordering a new computer, Toyota Corporate stepped in and overruled the service tech diagnosis. The computer was cancelled and the "Top Guns" from Toyota Corporate were now on the job. After trying every possible fix, they gave the vehicle back to me at no charge for the last 9 days of work and parts. REMARKABLY HONORABLE. The dealer mechanic also pointed out that there was a leak at the weld of an exhaust job I had done a couple weeks prior.Unfortunately, 20 miles from dealership all the lights came back on. The vehicle drove fine so I continued my trip leaving for home and a 900 mile drive the next day. I had plenty of warning lights but the vehicle made the trip fine. When home I brought vehicle into a shop run by a close friend, they've had the vehicle about 2 weeks. We've replaced a few items, gotten the 2 exhaust leaks fixed and reprogrammed the computer, it turns out Robinson Toyota absolutely nailed it. My computer is bad. If they had been allowed to do their job, the problems would be over 20 freaking days ago!!! Corporate Toyota really screwed me by overruling Robinson's computer diagnosis. TRUST YOUR MECHANICS TOYOTA CORPORATE! So now, I'm looking at getting my vehicle back Feb 1st. A full 20 days after it would have been fixed if Corporate Toyota hadn't interfered, and an extra $1200.00 out of my pocket. Thank you Robinson Toyota. You guys are pros and put customers first. As for Toyota Corporate, you have lost your way. Because of your meddling to cost me 20 days of my life and $1200.00, that's not acceptable. When you have a dealership this good, TRUST THEM TOYOTA!

My wife and I had stopped in at several dealerships in search of a fair deal on a new vehicle and after some bad experiences we happened to stop at Robinson Toyota. What a breath of fresh air! Fair dealing and no abitrary dealer "adjustment" mark ups. The price was the price. Our salesman, Brian Shepherd was personable and efficient and put together the deal, including the test drive, negotiation, and trade-in in record time. The finance manager, Ryan Lindsey was patient in providing all options and walking through the numbers for each option which helped in making an informed decision. Brian and the sales manager Michael Steinbach even cleared up a misunderstanding with plate transfer the next day, which was caused by misinformation from our county clerk's office. This dealership is a destination and will see repeat business from me.

Our Toyota's transmission radiator was struck by a rock just outside of Jackson, Tn, which required immediate attention. I was assigned Vince Worley as my service writer. His care and efforts went above and beyond in helping us to coordinate with our extended warranty provider, coordinating a rental car to get us back to our home in Dallas, and acquiring the last radiator in stock, all done efficiently and expediently. He coordinated with us regularly as to the status of the repair over the next week. He was very understanding and diligent in meeting our needs. We could not have asked for a more caring and considerate treatment. I highly recommend Vince and Robinson Toyota for all your service needs. - Bill Quaglia

Always nice, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Our last appointment was a 40k mile appointment. We weren’t expecting to be there for three hours but maybe that was our fault because our normal service appointments are usually an hour or less.
