“If you don't like this company, get Averitt, because I do. At first I thought it was my name (Everett) and then I realized it's actually a cool truck service with pretty respectful drivers as far as I can tell so far having seen a few of them on the road recently. These trucks are actually pretty friendly as far as being one of various different types and brands of major long distance logistics and trucking companies that are. I really appreciate them and I like them and I think that they do a really good job. A lot of trucks try to run me off the road and these guys usually don't. So I appreciate that.”

“My husband works for MaxTrans and it's been a great company for nearly 3 years. Josh (dispatch) is a stand up guy. They work well with him concerning scheduling runs. Home on weekends, which is great! All new trucks & no they're not governed at 65mph, runs over 70...Just saying ? Recent pay increase and all around good place to work.I'd give 5 stars but time insurance takes to get approvals for things like MRIs or extensive dental work...etc is ridiculous!! It pays well & copays are dirt cheap but if you have to have anything done that needs insurance approval prior to service, they get in no hurry ??‍♀️ Hopefully that will change soon.Overall, pros outweigh the cons and he really loves working for this company.”

“XPO has moved from Humboldt TN to 88 E L Morgan Drive Jackson TN 38305. They do everything possible to get the customers their freight. I did learn that for residential deliveries they only have 1 liftgate and you will have to wait until it is in your area for delivery unless you can unload it from an 18 wheeler but that is not XPO's fault. Its the company that we order from. The local XPO is a LTL carrier meaning their customers are companies with docks and lifts that they can back into to load and unload. Having an 18 wheeler destroy my road trying to deliver 3 bags of dog food because the company we bought it from selected an LTL carrier to deliver it makes no sense. Everyone at that XPO is nice especially if you are nice when you call.”
