However, that all changed when I walked up and spoke to the lady behind the counter (can't remember her name). She was super sweet and funny. She made my day better. The world would be a much better place if everyone was as nice as her. I was in and out of there in no time and packing up my U-Haul before I knew it.”
“An IT glitch caused an issue with appointment scheduling. While it was momentarily frustrating I am VERY impressed with how this location managed their service recovery. They couldn't do the service I scheduled because they don't currently have that type of technician, but they also weren't in control of how U haul scheduling solutions managed the blocks on their calender - but they took total responsibility for service recovery, and that's worth 5 stars every time! I will definitely use them again.”
