Very bad manager. I would have not giving a star that's how bad she was.
My daughter almost cried because of her attitude. But thankfully her grown daughter was with her and calmed her down. There is NO reason for her to have acted like that. She is giving the store her money. Will tell everyone about this manager. And not to shop there.

Clean and organized store, friendly staff. When checking out a nice lady named Maddy went above and beyond to help me find some things I couldnāt, which was really appreciated. I hope to see her again when I return.

Terrible service. I had a curbside pick up. No signs. I sat out in the parking lot and let the app know where I was parked. Sat and waited for the longest time. Had to go inside and no one was even working getting my order to me. She said āyou must park in front of the storeā. You need to have this in the app. Also asked me for a drivers license. I was riding with my husband and didnāt have my drivers license. No instructions for DL

It took me sometime before i wrote this review. I used the hair salon, i colered my hair first time using a new person to do my hair. When i asked the people said this lady was awesome so i let her do my hair. I was soo disappointed she damaged my hair and when she was styling she pulled my hair so much. My scalp hurt so much that night. I felt so angry i paid almost $300. For this horrible service and experience.

Just left admittedly we came in close to close which I looked online for hours thought it said 9 which is fine we just wanted a bottle of perfume āla vie est belleā which is rather pricey. They told us they were closing again completely fine then the lady and the girls in the front were laughing and one said āI know they heard thatā which we didnāt hear what was said but I assumed it was a rude comment. The lady who I presumed to be the manager had a look like I was gonna steal something, and had a rather questionable look on her face. Went to leave and she looked us up and down to make sure we didnāt take products I felt very uncomfortable from the get go. Oh well lost a 150.00 sale. I may have tattoos but that should tell you I have money. They aināt cheapš¤·āāļø Iāll order online from now on.

I just left this store, I had done curbside pick-up at this store. I was parked in front of store waiting for my order blocking traffic trying to wait on my order to be brought out, after 20 minutes of waiting, I finally parked and went inside to get my order. They were very busy and all registers were busy, there was two employees just standing at the front, not doing anything. The older woman ask me if I needed anything I needed. I informed her that I was there to pick up my curbside order because no one ever brought it out. She said oh and said sorry about that but and then pointed to all of the people checking out. Again, her and another employee were just standing at the door doing nothing. She acted like it I was over-reacting, she said well its tax- free weekend, my advice to her was not to offer curbside service if you can't provide the service, and the she well sorry, again like I was in the wrong. After I got my stuff she went back to standing wirh the other employee, again doing nothing!!! Great customer service!!! I must add, if u provide pick up, please provide a parking place at least, it so embarrasing blocking traffic and people having to go around you and staring at you and wondering why someone would be parked there blocking traffic!!! Again, lets do better and not offer services you can't apparently provide!!

My first time experience at Ulta. Was a little overwhelming. I wanted to pick up a product that I had seen on Bailey Sarian's show. Walked through the whole store. Was not very clean. The testers were horrible. And very gross. The makeup up I went to check out was out of stock as well as there was old foundation that was separating that was stocked. When I went to check out the cashier was acted shocked and pushy about not being a rewards member. Even asked if I had a family member that was. I don't shop there, so I do not see a point of giving information. As I do not plan on returning any of my products. I went ahead and gave her my information......Because of her pushy behavior. Sadly I expected more. I was excited about visiting. The only great thing I saw was a young man with beautiful makeup. His eyes were glorious. And he was very sweet.

I do not recommend you take your child ulta beauty. She was not friendly, she acted like she had better things to do than cut my sons hair and it cost me $60 and my son was very uncomfortable with her. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

This isn't a store for men. They met me at the door with the greeting of "hey, buddy", while addressing the lady who entered behind me as "ma'am". If they don't want men there, why sell men's cologne?

Ulta beauty, is always a great place for any beauty product, they usually have everything Iām looking for they carry Fenty beauty products, which is my favorite at this point and they have a wide selection , and Customer Service is so kind and informative. Well stocked for you needs. Stop in you will not be disappointed.
