I will preface this by saying I have had several pleasant experiences at this location in the past. I went to have some important paperwork notarized, was told by the staff member at the counter that they had some employees call in and that they were far too busy to offer any notery service today this despite walking in and having zero customers in front of me. I found this to be quite unprofessional. Hopefully they have better luck with their employees in the future because as stated this was my first negative experience and I have enjoyed the service and convenience of this location in the past.

I had 3 Amazon returns to drop off yesterday at the Jackson Tn store on Vann Dr. DJ was great. He had a huge line since they just opened but had a wonderful attitude, friendly and got me in and out! Very happy!

A month ago an out of state friend sent me a package to be delivered to me here in TN, via the UPS at 319 Vann Drive. As at that time my wife was in Hospice care in a nursing home, I was out of the house about 2 hrs each visiting and even though I did change my visiting times in order to catch the missed delivery at my home I missed all 3 attempts and the item was shipped back to the out of state sender. My out of state sender payed the delivery charge to have it shipped here to the same UPS at 319 Vann Drive. I was home and awake all day yesterday and today but still got a notice with a hand written note saying to pick up at UPS at 319 Vann Drive as a signature is required. I drive there, give them the notice and was told it was taken back to the hub and it would take 1 or 2 days not sure exactly when the Vann Drive store would have it, just keep driving back and forth checking. When I asked could I call tomorrow would someone tell me if indeed it was at the Vann location, both counter employees laughed. I should mention this is exactly what happened when it was shipped back, I would get a missed tag on my door, drive to the Vann store only to be told, just try later in the day, or maybe wait a day or two and repeat the cycle. I spent more on gas and time and energy, than the item is worth. There is NO customer support as to when or where your shipment might or might not be at any given time, so you just keep rolling the dice and drive again and again and again. And don't even think some one working at the store could be bothered to answer the phone and just say yes or no its here. Worst "so called" customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would have given negative stars if I could.

Shipping my package was pretty smooth and easy to do and the person helping me was quite nice. That was my first time ever having to go to the post office.

I normally go to Kohls for my Amazon deliveries. I have not had the best customer service at this location in the past. But I went today and I have several returns. The gentleman in the store was working alone and it was very busy. He was SO nice and helpful. He never seemed overwhelmed by the number of people in line. He was fast and super friendly. I felt compelled to say what good experience I had. I hope the store is able to hang on to him, he is a good one!

DJ was friendly and extremely helpful in helping me with my return to Amazon. There were people in line before me and I watched and listened as he helped them with their return! He knows how to make the customers feel comfortable!

The employees here are always rude and snarky, and I’ve been in multiple times and always had the same experience. Not to mention the prices ??? I was quoted $60 for 14-17 day shipping, so I went to FedEx, where they quoted me $25 for 5-day shipping. I mean, seriously. Competitive prices? Not a thing here. Please do your business elsewhere, you and your wallet will be much happier.

I ordered a desk and it was the wrong size the manufacturer told me to bring it to ups. They proceeded to tell me it wouldn't fit in their delivery truck. Yet they delivered it in the same truck. They then told me to go to trenton over an hour away, and they would take it. They did not take it. This is very annoying wasted money and time thanks to yall

Will never go back. I overnighted a package and it did not make it to the destination. When I called to check on it the lady was rude. Then I went and overnighted the same thing hoping that the original package would somehow show up. The second package made it there 2 days later and the box was crushed and what I shipped in it was not in it. It was something totally different that they shoved in the box and taped back. Never have I had a worse experience with shipping anything. I need the UPS drop off near Jackson State to open back up.

My husband and I have to go to the UPS Store every now and then. The employees are very nice and helpful. One told us to keep certain paperwork just in case there is ever a problem with an item. We will have the proof on our side. That's good advice. Thank you

Drove in from Knoxville to see mom and discovered she didn't like the purse she ordered. I had to find a store before the holiday and before I had to go back home. Went into this store on July 3, 2023 around 3:30p. The lady that waited on me was nice and very pleasant. If I need a UPS store in the future in the area it will be this one.

Hey, this was my first time using the printing services offered by this UPS store. I was nervous for because this was a VERY IMPORTANT project that i was working on for my church’s 50th anniversary. After talking and working with Ms. Melody my nervousness left. She took time to listen to my concerns and was very detailed on what to expect once everything was done. She was professional and handled my project like is was hers. I would recommend the UPS Store for your printing needs.On happy customer!Faye McTizic
