I just wasted the entire afternoon waiting for t-force freight to deliver several theater chairs. Delivery window wad 12 to 5pm and i called at 4:30pm to find out status of my chairs. The dispatcher indicated that the driver elected not to drop them off and they would reschedule. One pathetic excuse for a freight delivery company. They need to shut their doors.

TForce freight delivered a set of patio furniture that I ordered from Costco.com. They were scheduled to deliver it between 3 and 6 pm, but it was in our driveway when we got home at 2 pm. My wife and I, both over 60, had to deal with very heavy boxes, stacked on top of each other, on top of a couch-sized wooden pallet. We had to unpack and move the heavy furniture to our backyard, and now we have a lot of large cardboard boxes, packing material, and a very large wooden pallet, still in our driveway. When I called TForce to complain, they said that's the way they do it, and we had to deal with all the garbage. I've complained to Costco about this, and I hope they'll switch to a different delivery company.

F these guys. They lie and cheat and steal packages. Thanks show delivered but they were really not even delivered. They need to be put out of business.

TForce is the worst. They can't get their scheduling right and the customer service is rude and don't care or respect your time you take to wait for your items. They rescheduled on me 4 times. I started to believe they are trying to steal my item. Please use anyone else besides this company. They are terrible!

Won’t help with package tracking. Delays package delivery by 3+ days and can’t even give you a proper explanation as to why you can’t pick it up yourself. This package is 20 minutes away from me and they won’t deliver for another 3 days.

UPS has sold their freight business to TForce, and they are terrible. They can't get their scheduling right and the drivers are belligerent, nasty-- beyond rude and truly don't care at all. They just dumped this pallet halfway on the street and halfway on the sidewalk and split. We have had numerous problems with them. Now we insist our suppliers do not use UPS Freight.

Apparently UPS Freight was sold to a company called TForce Freight. They are attempting to charge more than $1500 for a shipment from Indiana to California. I thought that seemed extreme. I checked FreightQuote using the exact information provided to TForce. FreightQuote vendors ranged from $308 - $599. I contacted TForce, they were no help in correcting the billing to a fair amount. NEVER AGAIN! I wouldn't expect them to last long with the ridiculous billing and lack of customer service

I used UPS Freight to ship my bed. I had saved to buy this high quality bed and it was less than a year old. They tore my mattress and created a dip on the mattress. They also put a tow motor through my box springs destroying it. I had insured the freight and can't get paid to replace my bed. It's been almost 6 months!! DON'T USE UPS FREIGHT!!!!

Just FYI UPS freight is now TForce Freight and their reviews are evern worst...if that's even possible!! TERRIBLE!!! If you want to be left hanging with no delivery and no communication this is the PERFECT company for you. They called me on Thursday to set up an appt for Monday between 2-4pm. We don't open until 4 but told them i would be here for whatever time they were coming. I also had back surgery so can't lift heavy items so when i have deliveries coming i have a group of people that come unload it for me. I got here at 1:30 in case they came early. My workers showed up at 2. Finally at 4:30 i called to get an update...well I was told that it was going to be Wednesday instead! So now I am out $50 for paying workers to stand around waiting, i had to arrange for someone else to take my kids to camp bc i had to be here for the delivery, I have customers that were told their items will ship today but obviously they won't and I am leaving town Friday for a week. So now on top of seeing over 60 customers at my salon before I go out of town i am going to have to try to arrange help AGAIN tomorrow to unload and try to get over 1000 items unloaded and fill orders before leaving on Friday. I called in today to try to get some sort of resolution and spoke with Bradey employe ID# KJR2RGQ and supervisor David employee ID#VBV6MQX both were NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. They both just kept saying you have an appointment tomorrow between 10am-2pm like little robots. So now i am out $50, having to try to arrange unloaders for tomorrow (if they even bother to show up) and try to get orders filled before leaving town. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE UNAPOLAGETIC, RUDE, UNORGANIZED AND YOU WILL BE LEFT IN A BIG BIND BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO UNPROFESSIONAL TO BOTHER TO CALL WHEN THE SHIPMENT IS NOT GOING TO SHOW UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible. Waited all day for a delivery to arrive by 7pm. Never showed. No tracking information. Called UPS, they said freight customer service was closed until Monday. Its Friday. I stayed home from work to wait for a $4,000 delivery for a Costco item. I'll call Costco tomorrow to complain.

Absolutely terrible service. UPS Freight has missed several delivery windows, staff doesn't know why package is not delivered. Inconsistent messaging on the phone - one person says it will be delivered by X day, the other says it has to be scheduled within a certain window, other says I cannot pick it up from the warehouse, yet another representative says I CAN pick it up form the warehouse. Over a week delayed from "guaranteed" date. Absolutely unreliable service for deliveries.
