The staff is generally great and very helpful, though the parking lot at some locations desperately needs repairs. While customers may have to wait in line, the postal workers are usually kind and lovely to speak with. One customer had a positive experience returning packages, while another faced issues with a misdirected envelope but was ultimately assisted by a helpful clerk. Overall, USPS is dedicated to processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail, serving more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and military bases worldwide.
