First off she didn't ask if I wanted gel nails she just took it upon herself to do gel nails and it's been 3 weeks tomorrow and I have 2 nails in both hands already off and one more lifting up on the left hand. I will not get my nails done there again. My pedicure was great tho.

Customer service in the waxing area is horrible I told her I didn’t like my eyebrows because she thinned the one on the right side out and she completely ignored me and started on her nail client and only responded when I asked the price. She did not try to accommodate me at all.

I enjoyed my experience with VIP, Nail Salon and Spa. Everyone is courteous and renders fantastic customer service to all of the clients. Miss Tracy is very thorough, does a wonderful job and is so sweet!!!!!

Not a luxurious visit, it is an assembly line. The first lady doing my nails talked on speaker phone to her child the whole time and then left. A male then showed up to did my toes but skipped the soak, pumice, and massage completely. Not once did he ask me what I wanted. By the time I realized he was skipping the only reason I get my feet done, I was too irritated to stop him. This is the third dime I have given these guys a chance and I won't be back a fourth.

Wish I could give zero stars! I was the first person there and of course I get seated way after other people then her prices are outrageous at least triple the amount of what I’m used to getting and I had to take my own nails off due to them not even attempting to try to take them off their selves just immediately having me soak when I know they were very easy to pop off so I took my nails off in five minutes in front of them and she had a attitude and took her time so I left it will never be back!

I had the worst experience with this place. She allow her staff that are not qualified to do nails and you should not have to pay the regular price. There's never the same staff if you go. She doesn't have her prices posted so it can be seen. She adds it in her head and you never know what she's charging you for. I told her what wanted. I chosed to have my nails a certain way. She told me that I would be dissatisfied I would come back complaining but if I asked to have my nails my way why would I complain. She very rude and argued with me because how I wanted my nails done. She never listens to her customers. You start out with one staff and ends with another staff. I would not recommend her service to anyone. If you're going to pay the money she charges than you should be able to chose your way without the attitude. I asked for marble with 2 colors she said that it should be 3 colors. When I said no she told me that she didn't want me to come back if I didn't like it. Ladies you can go to a hair school and get better treatment, great nails and lower prices. I give this place a ZERO period!!!!!
