I do not recommend this place to ANYONE ! We had gotten it fixed once but didn’t do everything that needed to be , then our car was taken over insurance we wasn’t aware their people came into the drive way and just took the car with my 2 month old !!! Things in that car her diapers , all her clothes everything!!! And without warning they just take off in OUR car that WE paid for. I do NOT recommend anyone to this place I find that very disrespectful to not only me but my child . I have camera footage of the guy driving our car to the car place but yet they are still charging us 300 dollars for a fee , then they want a 220 car payment on top of insurance!!! These people expect other to just to pull from their pockets the world we live in today you can keep your car . Nobody has that kind of money just laying around some people are not Rich . Have a nice day everyone and just remember to NEVER buy a vehicle from them .

I bought a car from here and have owned the car for almost 3 years with no mechanical issues. The staff is wonderful here. They will go out of there way to provide excellent service. Ms Vicky and Ms. Ladana are the nicest ladies you will ever meet!!! Definitely recommend this dealership.

This is the worst place ever to get a car. They will repo your car without notice. They say they will call you and do not. If you do not pay your insurance on time. If you’re even one day late, they will come and repo your car. they will not bring a tow truck. Someone will be dropped off with a key to get your car. They talk to you crazy and have no respect for others and what they have going on. It’s not right for the ones that do try, they just don’t care. I would not recommend anyone to get a car from here. Then they claim to call you and you have no proof of saying that you called saying that my voicemail is not set up when I know for a fact, my voicemail is set up and then they try to charge me a $250 Repo fee when my car was never hooked on any kind of truck or anything. The man came with my key and left my car there because I had proof that I paid my insurance and I am still being charged a repo fee. This is ridiculous and it does not make any sense. I should not have to pay a repo fee when my car was never repoed. And the owner has no care in the world if anything he sits back and laugh at us like we are peasants. Funny how I was asked to update my review no I will not due to the fact the lies you tell you called and was not able to leave voicemail why do I have voicemail then just none from you because there was no call. Then I go in there yesterday and I see a old friend and was told to stop talking to there customers when I know the person I was speaking with people here are very rude and lies they tell wish Austin would have gotten them. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ and far as insurance go if it was due on Thursday why not come get the car Thursday or Friday when yall tried to pick it up on a Sunday in the middle of the day insurance was paid so explain that. But it won’t happen again I promise you that!!! And the crazy part is Vickie called me on Monday when I was pulling up at work and we got into a full blown argument about her not calling she said she did and my voicemail was not set up clearly you see it is so what that mean 2 things she didn’t call or she called the wrong damn number just own up and take accountability for your mistakes gosh, why go back and forth with a customer why. I work in fast food in one of my occupations and the customer is always right even when they not but with that being said even if I know they wrong that don’t give me a right to talk to them crazy still have respect. 🫡

Don’t ever get a car from here it’s been more in and out of the shop since I’ve had it they don’t fit what they need to fit and then they tell you that it’s fits when it’s not and then you call him back and they said they can’t do nothing else y’all had to take it to your own shop and spent paying bills on it this is not a good car Lot do not go here whatever

My friend has a car from this company his car had to get in the shop not even a week after buying it he tried to refer me to these people reading these comments and from what he go through with them it's definitely run run as fast as u can away from this place

They will tell you one price of payment then change it. Pick a fight with you when will try n send their family after you. They are bad for business. They have threatened to harm family of mine . Do not do business

⚠️⛔️🚫DO NOT GO HERE‼️🚫⛔️Please take this as a warning ⚠️ ..was in search of a car & thought about this place.. I read the comments & changed my mind. THANK GOD I DID! It’s not worth the headache…I had a close relative who actually did go to this place & didn’t have her vehicle for a week before it broke down & wouldn’t start . They will not put her in a replacement until they fix her car in which they told her it could be a month or so before it could be fixed & says she still has to pay the note on the car …RIDICULOUS! This is barely a 1 star place (the owner is quicker to respond to reviews instead of fixing its own service)

I am currently shopping for a vehicle and rely "somewhat" on reviews when deciding to do business with a company. I find whomever is responding to customer issues for his particular company to be immature, unprofessional and in no way helpful to customer complaints. Please redirect future complaints to someone who intends to actually help people. I did customer service for a major company for many years and would in absolutely never reply to a customer complaint the way this individual has. I wish them luck in their future endeavors.

Wasn't going to go there at first but God aligned me that day to end up there and it was so far the best decision I've made purchasing my own car such sweet great people especially Ms. VICKI .. I am so happy with my beautiful Black Jeep Grand Cherokee and would recommend them to anyone I've got 3 daughters that are already wanting to get theirselves a vehicle from there.. As long as they are open they will always get my business.

Will tow your car for anything ( without communication)but when my car needs to be worked on take forever to fix my car. It should not be a reason why I had to take my car to their shop twice in one week and it's still not fixed.
