I can't check the balance of my account via any atm or app. Card is declining for no reason whatsoever, and I've received no phone call of any issues, nor can I contact anyone since they close at noon. You'd think you'd receive notice of any issue with an account, but nope.

Whenever I go into this branch they're always helpful and polite to me as a hearing individual, but my husband is deaf and this bank never answers his questions when he calls on his relay system (when I am unable to call for him.) It's always a hassle for him and we believe it is discriminatory and not right how they treat him, they're also very short with him when he calls. We moved here from another state and other banks have had no issues communicating with him on his relay, even for basic questions not related to our account. Policies for helping the deaf and hard of hearing, allowances, and acceptance should be looked into.

The bank hours for Saturday says 12p.m. and at 11:50a.m. they had already closed!!!
