I've had insurance with Farm Bureau s in since I was 18 and I'm now 62. The people are friendly and when I recently forgot to pay my premium they called and reminded me. Home town service you cannot beat that.

I wouldn't recommend them. Used them for years. Then got canned without proper notice for something that happened five years ago. Worst of all is they offered no resolution to the problem. Kinda acted like they were to good to have me as a customer.

This is a great insurance company with good rates. They have very knowledgeable agents. They also like to support the local kids of groups that children are involved in. If you need any sort of coverage they are where you should look first.

The only insurance company as far as I'm concerned. John at the Jamestown office always takes good care of me no matter how many times I add and drop vehicles and change things around. Great company and always there when you need them. Been with Farm Bureau for over ten years and hope to be with them another 50.
