“very friendly helpful staff. Cant give 5 stars because no matter which horse feed Im buying, when it's time to buy more it wont be in stock. My biggest complaint is the same day delivery rarely gets delivered the same day even tho you order within the allowed time frame. I had one online order that was free same day delivery and it took THREE DAYS for it to get delivered and it was something I needed the day I ordered it and would have went and picked up myself if I'd known it was going to take 3 days to get delivered. Neighbors club rewards are not really rewards if they don't work. I realize their deliveries are handled by a 3rd party but they shouldn't offer a service they can't provide. If roadie drivers are that undependable then they shouldn't offer same day delivery or find a more dependable delivery service instead of gaslighting customers with sketchy rewards.”
