Went to get my brake rotors turned. When I called them two days ago they said they could do it. On my way this morning I called and they said they could. When I got the rotors off I called and they said they could. When I got there they told me 30-45 minutes. I called after an hour and they said another hour. Then I called after an hour and they said "sorry, we don't have the part to do it..."I was livid. Just a lame "sorry, I just came in, don't know why they said they could."Three guys sitting around, not a one could take the time to call me before I wasted half my Saturday.
