Terrible location. If you fill in store it can take 4 hours. Apps for CVS and Caremark don’t work. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I have to get numerous prescriptions to get meds filled every time. They want my doctor to call or me every single time. I don’t want any other medication to be filled in the store. Only mail order.

Bad for business some of your workers don't have respect for the customers and then someone needs to go back being in training to become a manager leave your problems at home when you come to work and learn how to talk to the customers with respect

Problem after problem. Twice this month prescription was filled incorrectly. Insane wait time. Speaking with people in this profession, 30 minutes should be the max wait even on a busy day. Paying for insurance paid prescription happened today. Use hometown pharmacies. Everyone wins. Doesn't deserve a single star.

It'd be nice if I could actually pick up the entire prescription instead of being forced to pick up partial prescriptions - which ends up costing me more money somehow. I've had to pick up the same prescription several months now and still they don't seem to be ordering enough. On top of this, when the doctor has called the prescription in, it was written on a piece of paper that was lost instead of putting it in the computer...which meant the prescription was not filled and caused significant confusion when trying to pick up the prescription from someone other than the original note taker. The communication at this location needs work.

Not sure why this place has such negative reviews. I went in earlier to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy was slammed busy but they seemed very attentive and even helped me figure out my insurance when it was being difficult. Overall a great experience.

As if it wasn’t slow enough, NOW you can’t even talk to someone in the pharmacy. You GET to leave them a voicemail, AND you can expect a response in an hour (WOW THANKS) If you have prescriptions, send them anywhere else but here. I was hung up on three times and when I finally got through they said it will be a couple of hours. Gee THANKS!!!!

It's takes too long to talk to anyone in the pharmacy. It used to very easy to refill a prescription...not any more.

Call 3 days ago ..we will have ready Friday...it's Friday..it'll be 2 more hours ...0 stars rude and incompetent drive thru ..rude foreigner filling scripts ..last time I use ever ... absolutely awful

If I could give 0 starts I would. Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve changed pharmacies now so thankfully I won’t have to encounter the pharmacy’s obvious detest of their job and every customer to come to the window. Management needs to have a big come to Jesus!

Any rating on here other than one star is fake, everything about this location is sub par at best. If Google ever has a reason to add a zero star Jasper Tennessee would definitely be the reason. If you are forced to go to this location, like I am, I will think of you in my prayers.
