Extremely unprofessional ddispatchers, Kim is ok but leaves childish comments on the invoice, and the other lady whose name I don't know is a disaster.

Doug Yates towing was prompt both times I requested a tow. The driver/operator was courteous and very professional. The second tow cost more than the first one for about the same distance. I'm not sure why but I think it was priced a little high. Overall I can say that I would recommend them for your towing needs.
