Had a unit with almost everything I owned in there for 2 years. Everything was just as I left it, surprisingly! The owners were very nice and helpful and they keep it very clean and secured!

Terry is very nice!!! He makes sure everything is good and you're happy!!! The place is really clean, nice, gated 24/7, has stuff to help you move so you don't have to carry... When I need storage again I will definitely come back!!!

Very clean, well maintained storage facility. You can access 24 hours a day. I moved out early, swept out my unit and was surprised when he refunded the prorated rent for my last month without me asking or expecting that.

First Choice Storage in Japer TN is outstanding and very affordable. The storage area is fenced in with access control and security camera through out the property. The owner Terry was very helpful with coordinating the delivery and staging of my 3 PODS I sent from Hawaii. Terry also was kind enough to help me move some large items into my unit.

We highly recommend 1st Choice Storage! Terry is extremely helpful, efficient and is great at customer service. We felt our belongings were very safe. There's a code needed to get in and out of the facility. 1st Choice is extremely clean and well maintained. Thank you Terry!

I strongly recommend First Choice Storage for your storage needs! I only needed a unit for a short time but was treated as if I was renting long term. Terry snd Phil was very professional, which is hard to find these days. The units are 1st class, clean and affordable.

We were customers of First Choice Storage for the past four years. The facility has always been clean and trash-free. Just recently, the driveways were re-blacktopped. The chain link fence was secured with a gate activated with a security code keypad. We always considered the security to be first-class. Thanks for the great service!
